Parvati's memory loss and kidnapping

Common Can anyone tell me as to in which holy scripture is it written that parvati will loose her memory only because the gajra which mahadev prepared got burnt and she was angry due to such a silly reason?
n where is it written that parvati will get kidnapped by the asurs?

All i want is, are the cv's following some holy book where these events have been recorded or is this just an imaginary track with masala added to it in order to attract viewers n gain trps?
coz it seems unrealistic to me that adishakti will be angry for a few bunch of flowers n loose her memory. even nani's ma's freaking out for dhature ke phool belpatra and haldi was over exaggerated during shiv-parvati's wedding. Do they add some masala of this type to hype the show or is it all real?

plz dont take my comments in -ve manner. but its something we should think abput.

Articles are often misleading and poor choice of words by the authors. I don't think the article is correct. Previously some where I read Indrani was going to be introduced. However, this article says Vrida will be married to Jalandhar.

@RED ya exactly. i want the same. we would like to know the reference from where these things are taken. after all whats wrong if they give a bit extra information to people. it would increase our knowledge in mythology.😃 i would definitely like to know more abt lord shiva and parvati.

These stories have been taken from some Mytho stories written by Kalidas named Ritusamhara, Meghdut, and Avigyan Shankutalam stories. Hence it is a mythological show it is not easy to keep always the things those were.. because as Mahadev-Parvati Tatwa is all about highly spritualism so they can't show Tantra Gyans and related to Spiritual Talks between MAhadev PArvati always . It wont be easy to understand by the common people. Though these are not written in any puran but they are in Stories.. so sometimes for a different thing they put some stories related to Shiv-Parvati written by some Great Writers and Poets.

@BOLD i agree with you. i dont expect too many spiritual talks between mahadev n parvati. i always loved the show coz we can relate to it in our own lives and learn something good out of it.

but when they show something it would be nice if they quote references n increase viewer's knowledge.

Every time whatever the articles says, is not shown exactly the same. Paravti's memory loss is not in any Purana as far as I know. But it is going towards a good knowledge based track that can be seen as a discourse between Shivji- Parvati & there are many. This show has a different way of telling a story. Some added fiction is acceptable as long as it results in showing some of the great teaching of various Scriptures.

The article says Parvati will be kidnapped. But what is shown is different. An attempt was made to kidnap her, she was saved by Shivji. This incident helped her recollect the faces that she wasn't able to see earlier. It is moving towards Parvati's self realisation step by step, with Ashtanga Yoga's various steps as the main concept are weaved in the story. Such narration becomes more interasting & gets viewer's attention compared to just plain lecture.

hmm ur ryt. she was abt to be kidnapped but saved by shivji and that's causing parvati's self realisation step by step. how ryt u r.

looks like media has got so used to saas bahu sagas n ekta kapoor style kidnappings and memory losses that they intend to portray even goddess parvati in the same way.

ya it does attract viewers attention. my mom is already over excited abt the mahaepisode. she is a die heart fan of this show. doesnt miss even a single episode. n bcoz of her even i ve begun to watch. 😆
