It was around 4 in the morning when Badi ma woke up Geet…… Puttar ut ja…. Me Raji ke sath Tej aur Lucky ko gadi thak chod aoo… she said adjusting her duppatta…

Par badi ma…hum dono jayenge na….. aap kyu??? Geet asked as she got up folding her bed….

Are neche jo hai uska khayal rahna hai na tume… Raji bachi hai aur uspe nahi chod sakthe… aur wesebhi… kisi ne tume Tej aur Lucky ke sath dekhliya tho afath a jayegi….. Badi ma said…. Chal neeche chal… wo sab tayar ho gaye hai….

Han Badi ma…. Geet said as she followed her down…there she saw Tej and lucky talking with Raji and smiling…

Arre Geet…. Chall aja.. pata nahi fir kab milna hoga…. Tej said as he hugged her….

Ha …. Hume bhool na jana… Lucky said as he too hugged her…. Geet was in tears… she too understood that this might be the last time she ever saw her brothers…. She hugged them as tears fell from her eyes……

Aur Geet us bandhe ko kahna.. uski gadi ko humne teek kar diya hai… chalane layak tho hai wo…Tej said as he took his bag….

Tej and Lucky bid bye to Geet and left with Badi ma and Rajji…. Geet locked the door and came in… she wiped her tears with her duppata and entered the kitchen to get herself a cup of tea…..

Maan was unconscious most of the night.. but in early morning… when he was turning in pain.. he felt warm hands gently wipe his head with warm water… he opened his eyes to see a 40 + lady wiping his forehead with a concern look murmuring.. Babaji madath karna…. He couldn't say anything to her as he felt very tired….and slept off again.. Maan woke up from his sleep naturally to find himself in a strange surrounding… he was in a hard but comfortable bed…. he tried sitting up when he felt dizzy….

Arrey… kya kar rahe ho.. aap… came a melodious voice… and then came a girl running…. She wore a white salwars and looked as innocent as a fairy… she helped him sit up and placed pillows behind him…. And left him… after 2 min.. she appeared with a cup of tea in her hands…… Maan stared at her…. And nodded his head sidewise saying no…

Par kyu??? Chai nahi peete? Tho coffe tho.. nahi hai yahan…. She said softly….

Maan again nodded his head and took his index finger and held it horizontally near his lips and showed it like brushing…. And then nodded…..

Ho.. Accha… Brush karna hai… teek hai… she said and got up and walked towards the door and opened it… Meanwhile Maan tried to get up…. But his feet hurt him a lot… he staggered and sat down in a thud….

Arrey… me tho a rahi thi na…. she said and rushed near him and supported him up.. Maan placed one hand around her shoulder and tried getting up… she held on to him and Maan was successful in doing his morning activities… he was then again led into the house by Geet who held him and supported him… Maan held on to Geet as he placed his hand around her shoulder holding her… Geet bent down slightly to make him sit on the bed when Maan felt pain shoot on his back and he unknowingly put his whole body weight on her making her lose her balance…. Maan fell on the bed and Geet on top of him…. Maan unknowingly wrapped his arm around her waist…. Geet closed her eyes in fear.. she slowly opened hers but was stuck as she was pulled into his beckoning ones….Brown orbs met hazel ones and were pulling each other… they would have willingly drowned if not for the sound of someone opening the door loudly…. Geet got up with a jerk and turned around to see her Darji and Tauji glaring at her….

Manu puttar Darji called his son bahu aur Rajji ko bula la.. he hissed… his eyes stayed on Geet …At that very moment, Badi ma and Rajji came in from the entrance…

Kahan gayi thi??? Ghar ki bahu aur umar me badi aurat yeh sab karthey hai kya??? Tauji shouted….

Wo ji.. hum….

Tej aur Lucky ko chodne gaye they na…. Darji said in a very grim voice…. Sending bad vibes down everyone's spine…

Ji.. wo….

Jo humara dushma wo ghar ke aurath keliye rishthey dar…. He said with a sadistic smirk…. All the while his eyes bore into Geet…. Making the poor girl shiver in her knees…. Maan sat there confused and lost to all this… moreover.. he was not into all this drama.. he had too much problems of his own to worry abt this family.. but still he dint like how the men behaved with these ladies.. He kept quiet and decided to wait and watch wat happens….

Yeh kon hai..? Darji asked startling Maan from his thoughts….

Wo.. Badi ma started and told him abt the accident and everything else

Aur tu … uske baho me kya kar rahi thi…. He growled..making Maan flinch with the way he spoke… something was wrong his mind shouted….

Darji.. unki madad kar rahi thi… aur fir hum dono gir gaye… she said stammering not knowing what she was saying…

Darji's eyes fell on Maan…

Kyu Puttar.. tu teek ho na…. to nikalo… he ordered.. Maan felt like saying something but then chose not too… he nodded his head and thanked the ladies and left the house wearing his clothes…. He wore his shoes and started limping out of the house…. He dint know how he was going to reach Delhi in this condition… moreover he remembered today was Dev and Samira's reception… God why was life so complicated… he thought as he limped out of the gates… without even looking back….

As soon as they knew Maan was out, Darji moved closer to Geet and held her by her hair…

Tumari itni himath…. Biradari me nak katwadiya humari…. He hissed

Darji.. me sach kahrahi hun…. She cried….

Chup ladki….. he said pushing her.. Geet feel down hurting her elbow…. Manu bahu aur Raji ko lekhe ghar jao…. He ordered…

Par Geet… Geet ke bina… Badi ma said coming forward…. But Tauji held her hand and pulled her out of the house with his daughter…

Darji…. Me ne kuch nahi kiya… Geet pleaded….

Tume apne ma papji bohot pasand hai na… me tumhe unke pas hi bhej detha hun….. humari sar se tho bhoj dhaljayega… ghin athi hai mujhe tujhe apni poti kehte huye… he shouted….. Param… Jeet… he yelled and two men ran… isse band do aur ghar me gadi se petrol nikal ke chidka do…. Age tum dono janthey ho.. Darji said in a stern voice making the men gasp along with Geet….

Darji… meri bath suniye…. Mene tho sirf….

Chup…. Phele he teri ma ki wajha se meri khandan ki izzath kam ho gayi hai.. ab tu parayi mardh… chi chi… kahne me sharm ati hai.. he said spitting….

Darji….. meri ..ek bar…. Geet pleaded…. But Darji dint listen and he left….

Darji was angry… not on Geet but on her parents… every time he saw Geet… he remembered her mother… her educated mother who changed the rules of the household.. and his sissy son who followed his wife… he hated this… women of the Handas were to work in the house and were to live under the mans slippers not over their heads…. There were to worship their husbands not to be worshiped instead…. But here, his son loved and worshiped his wife… his son went against him, his own father for his wife…. When she was pregnant and they came to know that it was a Girl… they wanted a boy.. every first child of the Handa's was a boy and so he too wanted this to be one… but his wife refused an abortion and his son supported her…. After the birth of Geet, Darji's hatred for the child was also included in the list… but when his son and daughter in law died… and geet was to stay with them, he had got his chance to unleash his hatred on her and that is what he did…. But today… what he saw made him take this step…he being the head of the Handa family could never let the family name be spoiled…. What if someone points their finger on them tomorrow… what would he say.. so putting an end to this girl was important and that is what he was doing……

Maan walked or to say limped a bit when he realized that his wallet was back in that house itself… he cursed his luck and limped back…. As he moved he was shocked to see black smoke coming from the house… fear… along with the girl's eyes flashed infront of him making him move faster towards the house….. this was the first time he felt it… he limped fast towards the house… that is when he saw that the house was on fire.. but he also realized that it was locked from outside… he signed in relief….. God he had gotten scared unnecessary…. He was abt to move when he heard some falling sound… he got curious and moved near the house…. He could smell petrol as he neared it…. That is when he started thinking…. Why would anyone want to burn a house like this…? He tried to push open a window… at first it dint open but later it gave in and opened… that is when he saw a her… she was tied to the chair and the chair had fallen, dragging her along…. He could see that the fire had spread inside and also on the door… he looked here and there to see if anyone was there to help him; finding no one, he realized he was alone in this… he searched for something which could help him and his eyes fell on an axe… he thanked his luck or to say that girl's luck and took it and broke open the door and tried his best to rush inside.. He reached her to find her unconscious he untied her and somehow, partially dragged her and lifted her and managed to come outside…. He was burnt in his arms… but what he dint notice wat that Geet's duppatta had caught fire and by the time he saw it, her top had caught it too… without thinking he tore opened it and stamped on it to put out the fire.. Geet was unconscious on the ground only with her b** and in all this Maan failed to note this… he breathed a sign of relief as he felt now this girl was safe… he sat beside Geet and that is when he saw her properly…..

There will be no Precap yaar.. I'll try to update this daily from now on….
