I feel, Prithvi has some fatal disease, cancer...tumor types...and meghna is his doctor. Thts y he is not telling sanju abt his feelings...coz he doesn't have much tym left...its just a thought...

Even I think so! Cz wen he was upset n the Kal ho na ho tune played, this thought came to my mind! Maybe prithvi will try to set sanju up with Varun, like srk did with preity n saif in the movie!! N for dat, he will pretend dt Meghna is his fiance but actually she will be his sister or doc..

i dont think that prithvi must b suffering from a disease coz on his official FB page he posted that he'll keep his viewers informed about when he is coming.

Hey guys...the precap showed sanjana seeing some medical reports and all...i think what i had said earlier is true...prithvi seems to have some medical prob...thts y he is gone...lets wait and watch...
