why not bua's punar vivah?

Why isn't anyone thinking about bua's punar vivah? SP's wife just died and he is mourning. This is very natural but our great hero and heroine are thinking about his PV. Why can't they see bua's life long pain and think about her? Is it just because there already a woman who he had a relation with in the past? What if radha wasn't around and he was a normal widower, would they be still thinking about his PV to some random old lady? It's so weird that no one ever thought about bua...so sad.
