I think it has not been revealed till now that Meera is pregnant. But back in Dharamshala, she gets a call from someone and then immediately decides to leave for Delhi to meet Anirudh's family, which surprises her mother.

Also, she says she can't tell Nandini why she has come to Delhi after 2 months?

These hints are leading to something big..!!

The way things are going it does suggest she is pregnant ! She changed her mind after that one phone call which I think might be from a doctor. There was another moment before she leaves for Delhi. Her mom said she'll understand how a mother feels for her child when she'll become a mother herself ... ! Meera paused for a bit when her mom said that.

Also, in one scene Meera was saying "Maine to tumhe apna sab kuch de diya tha Ani" 😳

Exactly my thoughts too. Balraj desperately wants an heir and since Nandini miscarried, Meera's pregnancy could be the reason why she ends up staying with them.

yup i also think she is pregnant...but if ani's father gets to knw about this then he will want meera to stay so he could get the house since she would be pregnant with ani's child!
