Part-1
Epi starts with purvi starting the phera and chhan chhan comes near her and says that her marriage is done on the basis of dowry and they have already taken 25 lacs and after the marriage they will take another 25 lacs more. They have taken once and they will take always. And reminded her about the incident related to dowry. Then says that we had promised that we would never take or give dowry. She tells her that it is in her hand to take any decision. Purvi stops doing phera and calls her dad that she wants to talk with him. Then both chhan chhan and purvi goes out from mandap. Purvi ask to her dad that why he did this she knows that she was not outstanding or extraordinary in anything. In school days he used to keep tuition for her just to pass in the exam. When this proposal of marriage came she thought that she had made something in her life that this came. But you had destroyed everything now he decide what should she do. Her father tells her to continue with the wedding but chhan chhan interfere and says that they are greedy people they will ask for more in the future and she doesn't want Purvi to be another arti and other friends join her. Umaben was talking with the grooms family about the happenings. Then purvi father comes and ask them to come with him. He apologizes with umaben and says that purvi had taken an oath that she will not go to that house who take dowry. Uma ben say that which dowry? It is not a dowry, its a proposal for her better life. Chhan chhan says that it is dowry whether its for the better or anything else. Then she ask to groom family that they know about purvi life till where she studied you guys don't know because u all always talked about money. And tells that purvi had done master in computer, she knows how to cook, she handled the whole house herself.
Part-2
Umaben reply that dowry giving is in the society and they cant go against it. Chhan chhan tries to interfere but uma stops her and says to purvi's dad that girls are small and they don't understand but we are elder we know what to do so they should continue with the marriage. But purvi's dad doesn't agree. She request everyone to go out but purvi stops chhan chhan and request her to stay with her. Purvi's dad tells uma ben that chhan chhan is like her daughter so let her stay. Uma ben says that purvi is like her daughter and she only brought this proposal. She says that my husband had done many thing for him and he is doing like this. By accepting these girls request u will destroy everything. Their reputation as well her reputation will also go. She gives five min to take decision.
Part-3
Umaben comes and tells purvi's father his decision so come with her its her daughter marriage he should not make sad face. Purvi's father say that he cant go against the wish of her daughter . He had worked for her (uma ben) for 35 years but he cant do and this decision is his. Uma ben gets angry and said that she knows whose decision is this and she tells to chhan chhan that she takes from last 6 months medicine to remember every thing but now she will double it and will not forget her name.
