For a while forget the actual story line... and assume there is no clarity on which way serial is going..

Drawing a parallel between Pads and Mads life..

Character wise all of us have seen how similar both these characters are.. Mads is exactly like her mom or atleast she is very clear that that is what she wants to be like..

strong, opinionated, dominating ( they are!!!.. mads milder streak but has), think-i-am-always-right syndrome.. etc etc.. and beautiful..

Coming to Pads..

She got married and inspite of what her husband was she loved him and she had accepted that life.. actually, she was fine with it.. ( watch the initial episodes)..
She knew her husband is full on sanki, treats women badly, treats his own kid badly.. but she was fine.. because she thought she could take care of trish.. ofcourse.. fear of losing her own kid altogether drove her to take the drastic step
From the initial episode, ballu did seem to really like her!
Net net she did care and loved a fearful sanki

Now, Madhu

She got married and inspite of what her husband was/is she loved him
( watch the initial episode.. this is before RK had mellowed down) .. not once do we see Madhu trying to or thinking of getting out of that wedlock.. she respected the institution of marriage then too
RK falls for her.. and she falls for him ( the slight difference)
RK and Ballu as characters/ personalities DO have great similarities.. remember the jail interaction .. and general BBBing, egoist, dominating nature..

Pads..

Dhokha from husband.. yahan zyaada hi bada tha.. apni bhi jaan and kid ki bhi life at risk ..
Leave hubby and run and start life afresh...
A new life, happy life.. she fought and made way for herself
She met a man, whom she started to respect.. for his silence, for his care, for his goodness, for his stunt 😆.. for a lot of things.. a man who is so different than her.. but a man who is extremely sensible and in control and who can talk logic (Telling you , talking logic is very important for both mother and daughter 😆)
And somewhere down the line she fell in love with this man.. though she had her mangalsutra on her every second.. though she knew husband is a sacred place..that is already taken..though she thought of only one, she loved and cared for another...
And yes, this man is capable of killing if reasons are right.. and ya.. love has a beginning in this man caring for the kids..

Mads...

Dhokha from husband...left hubby and started life afresh without delay .. strong, wonderful woman
She has met a man.. the way its going.. I don't think it is difficult to not repsect him .. eventually she would start looking up to Sultan.. ( remember pads bajooed malik in beginning too)..
Sultan is caring, nice, good-hearted, no ego problems, LOGICAL, introvert, talks less , listens more 😆.. and can make Mads shut up..
So, if there was no fan pressure, if story has to take its natural course.. i wonder.. why would Mads not fall for sultan?????
She would without realizing because every second of her thought is occupied with RK.. her HUSBAND.. she knows that place is sacred and is taken, her love is sacred and is already taken.. though she would care and maybe love someone else..
Natural course.. sulbala actually fits the story more...

Arnav 90 made a post about mads being the base of this entire series.. now when I think more about it, it seems.. that one utterly useless..irritating line has the potential of becoming the base of everything and by extension.. padmini 😆.

Apni maa ke sahare

bas yunhi balbir ho..

Moral of the story: Parents are everything.. family is everything.. Padmini is everything 😆..

is poem ki existence ka koi to matlab hoga.. why would they spend so much effort on this utterly useless, stupid, irritating, annoying stanza.. ( God save us.. every character hums this now and with a bg score .. 🤢)

PS: RK has way too many unique characteristics.. and for the annoying yet likable, obnoxious yet cute, irritating yet funny, demon yet a child... does make us want Rishbala too .. 😃 😆

So ya, by the end of this post.. I am still confused whom to root for.. please CVs! give me Mads twin sister 😃

It is a great compliment from MB to emulate her mother because it is to save her life that she ran from a very rough marriage. It is quite natural for a mother in that position to teach daughters to be strong and independent . But I am happy to see that many now see the possibility of MB moving on and maybe have a different interest. I still expect many twists and turns from these writers. They have not disappointed me till now. We always hear "Like father like son" but it is just as true for Mothers and daughters.

Oh Yes!.. infact barring the irrational pieces.. the most beautiful character is that of Padmini who has set the tone for other characters.. madhu/ trishna , rubbed off on malik and roma .. and by extension their impact on other characters,..

Emulating a woman like her.. so so strong and independent .. is praiseworthy.. more so the woman herself

gr8 post dear love the way u draw simlarites b7w them hope aisa hi ho madhu should look up to her mother and follow her footstep and live life with dignity😉 and ya sultan and malik has similar triats hope madhu fall fr him as in logically she should actually and she can chnge sultan and aryans life also

paddy - married woman leaves husbandwith 2 chilrdren.comes to mumbai and leaves with shamsher as live in relationship after 20 or 22 yrs married shamsher.
madhu - leaves her husband ya husband left her.comes to chawl.now starts to live with don and his son as live in relation .soon end up in marrying him.
like mother like daughter so bold .

one more thing malik's family is a hardcore killer gun aimers. mother killed her husband while daughter was playing aiming games with gangsters. i wonder where did they learn to aim guns and their shooting bai god never misses re🤣 simply they are from criminal BG and killer that is why some phanks wants madhu to be with a killer b/c they are from same background re😉 madhu can move on freely the door is open she can marry any man who is a murder, ugly, fugly, so called perfect and golden heart type that makes one vomit but once she leaves she leaves she better not bring her charity case to rk ever again. she needs to tell rk to let her go for their old sake time or just him b/c that is what they are good at mother curse and daughter lectures🥱 show ko bore kar diya.
