there was this one time when bebe slapped kavya and she really slapped him i think. like his check moved (i mean not just his face) and he cringed for like a nanosecond and then had a still face cuz that's what the scene required. i'm not sure but i think she really slapped him (it wasn't too hard though if you watch closely). she's old so i guess she just does whatever. poor kavya, but i'm not a 100% sure...
and most movies don't, some do i guess though cuz sometimes you hear that the scenes were authentic. in theater they sometimes do. i just saw a shakespeare play a couple of weeks ago and they didn't really slap each other, it would hurt too much i guess 😊. but a lot of times they do to make it authentic.
