LNV was supposed to marry VC's elder sister Dukhba but he liked Guman a dancer and married her. I think Saras mom committed suicide because LNV liked Guman and wanted to marry her.

LNV father threw LNV and Guman with Saras out of his house and refused to help them. VC took loan from moneylender(who came to meet VC a few episodes back) and gave to LNV to go to dubai by keeping his haveli as gaurantee 25 years back.

LNV after becoming rich brought VC's haveli and wanted to give the papers back to him. But VC refused to take the papers and said this loan is mine and i will return it to you. So LNV has the property papers with him and VC started sending him the loan EMI which LNV invested in a comapny with Kumud as owner.

So Kumud is owner of one of his companies and now its not doing so fine. So Guman says give company to me to handle and she plans to take loan in bank for that business by keeping VC haveli papers as gaurantee and ensure business does not succeed so haveli will be auctioned and VC comes on road
