I listened to the promo carefully and I heard that Purvi is telling that "meri beti uski asli pita ka sath rahegi". I believe this should be enough for Arjun to understand that he is the real father of the baby and figure out what is going on.

Not much excited. This is just crap. Try to interest ARVI fan then they will show.But Never we not fell any trap future.

today i read a telly chakkar article it stated that arjun will come to know the truth and will go near onir to tell the truth but he finds that punir is happy so leaves the place

so i think he doesnt know that he is paris father otherwise why will he go to onir to tell the truth
