I have decided to go keep the "whys and hows" that I have in context to this track in abeyance for now and go in with the flow...
Surprisingly, with my pre-disposed misgivings about it, I found the episode an engrossing fare...Two factors that sustained it were without a doubt the performances and the dialogues...Of course, how can I overlook that situational retro touch...just apt for the emotional interaction between Aryan and Sultan...now that did appease me...
Another was the moment where Sultan's words open up Madhu's own wounds...Drashti and Avinesh were both convincing here...Madhu, for the first time, giving Sultan of her own latent pain...Also Sultan making Madhu see that he is not the monster that she believes him to be...this display of hard hardheartedness is his armor from further pain and heart break...
Since MB team made my day with a retro, let me return the favor with a retro that I think perfectly depicts both Sultan's and Madhu's inner pain...
