Bua had never been to a food joint alone before - but kya karna majboori tha (but what to do she was helpless),
After the brahmans left there was Maha yudh (great battle) going on in SM and she needed some peace so she decided to go to the cafe where Ram Dulare was chef.
Bua sat on a bar stool at the food joint counter and ordered a masala chai and a plate of puris. A teenage male behind the counter bellowed, "One masala chai and puri!"
Where upon the hefty vest clad cook grabbed a roll of puri ka atta (puri dough) stuffed it in his bare armpit, pumped his arm a few times squeezed the dough flat, and then tossed it in boiling dalda. .
Bua: "That's awful - what kinda way is this to prepare puris?," .
Teenage counter guy: "Dadiji are you an ex-flame of Ram Dulare? He prepares them this way only for his lady friends!"
