Why is the title of the show Kuch Toh Log Kahenge?

People don't say anything about Ashutosh and Nidhi's age difference and the show is not even about this because they don't show anything about it. The show only shows evil people doing evil things and Nidhi making the people go away and then a few days later another evil person comes. Why is this show titled Kuch Toh Log Kahenge?
