A lot many things happen after Suhana gets married to Ishan... She had to adjust in new set up... the financial condition of Ishaan's family was not like that of Bajpai's condition... so learnt how to save money, etc... she didn't like Ishaan in the beginning & wanted to end the marriage but later on she falls in love with him.
