i don't get it
If Archana can be forgiven for abandoning her children for 18 years
if Archana can be forgiven for being one of the makers of Soham's fate by insisting stubbornly her uncured sister hold her baby just to prove a point to the world although she had zero medical knowledge to declare she was cured
why not Varsha who was mentally afflicted that time
time span is same ...18 years
no one 'took' Archana's children away , giving them up , choosing to let them live a motherless life , not contesting for them in court was a very very conscious choice
she was no Abala Naari , she had dragged her hubby to court by taking side of people who she hardly knew
not contesting for the children was her personal choice
but children have forgiven her after 18 yrs
so why not Varsha
and why should she emphasize to Soham that Manav is a good man ...frankly it is Manav's burden
and he is simply not making a good job of it
he shot him almost dead once , then he gave him a brutal beating and dragged him on hospital floor ...when he himself knows very well what an accidental shooting is...
Archana had told him before going in coma that it was not his mistake ...where is Manav dwelling on her real wish
she would have been most happy if something was worked out between Soham and the family but Manav sent him to jail yet once more
so how does burden of improving relations between Soham and Manav fall on Varsha
Manav should tackle that himself ...his son , has seen his cries that i cannot shoot my own father before the shooting ...everything is in front of him but being hardened and merciless is his choice
neither did he want to put Soham in his will nor have any connection with him
he put Purvi in the will though
again A Choice
the simply not forgiving Varsha and the burden on her for improving Soham's relation with his father puzzles me at least .
