Hats off to Badi Bi! 👏 Neither her age nor her injuries fazed her today. She confronted Razia, hit her where it hurt (played on Razia's insecurity about her age/looks) taunted her with her own takia kalaam, and got her to disclose the key secret - the identity of the body at the Doll Factory and Razia's own part in the crime.
And through it all she stuck to her guns: "This house has been built from my son's sweat and blood. Why should we leave... Yes I have one foot in the grave, but I'll see you dead first." And she laid her cards on the table: "I know everything about you, but don't have proof...So why don't you tell me..."
Once before, Ghaffoor had warned Razia that her overconfidence would undermine them both. Today Badi Bi manipulated Razia into an unguarded confession of her deepest fears about Ghaffoor meeting his illegitimate child. Razia saw no harm in telling Badi Bi, seriously underestimating her opponent. And now that Badi Bi knows, I'm certain she will try her utmost to get Ghaffoor to meet Zoya.
On a side-note: Razia's fear of Zoya entering Ghaffoor's life seems a little out of proportion. So what if he meets his illegit daughter - A man of Ghaffoor's social standing is hardly likely to advertise the fact in a small town. He'll most likely settle money and property on her, not disinherit Razia and Humeira. Why should she feel so threatened. I wonder if Humeira is not really Ghaffoor's daughter but only an adopted one, which fact Ghaffoor does not know. And therefore not legally entitled to inherit Ghaffoor's property.
