If the property and business is something that SP has earned himself over the years, then he can solely decide whom he wants to give it to based on merit. But if its ancesteral property which he has inherited himself, then the decision does not legally remain in his hand.

is right or wrong is another issue in my opinion totally , but when its come about who could be more responsible and cannot do injustice to his siblings and the same way his life partner thinks this what made SP to transfer the property in the name of yash.

Right decision....

1. Yash is a strong man... business wise... decision. wise... investment wise...priority wise...a thumps up.

2.Will not take advantage of the position given to him ...will always involve Pankaj and prateek for decision making...again a thumbs up

3. Schindhya property...it is sweat and hardwork...hard earned money... will be used for business purpose and family... not go waste...again a thumbs up.

4. Yash will definately take care of Aakash and will never neglect him as he has come to know that aakash is his bro...again a thumbs up.

5. Yash will take care of his entire parivar under ONE ROOF...i,e Ma-Bauji and most important BUAJI...she won't be left alone.


Wrong decision ...

1. By naming Yash in all property/business, he has indirectly given birth to 'insecurity to Pankaj and prateek...more so to Pankaj...being the eldest in the family...thumbs down.

2. Inviting troubles for Yash and Arti...thumbs down

3. Instead of taking decision on his own...he should have called all his three sons to his room ...shared his thoughts with Pankaj, Prateek and Yash (not aakash..because this money/business is completely new for him and the results...we have all seen...) about his decision and why he feels this is right...this could have put Pankaj and prateek in a better position and am sure they both would have agreed...as usual... when SP used to involve Pankaj in every decision of his...why not in this major decision...thumbs down

These are the points I feel should have been covered for the wrong decision...but even then I will go by SP's decision. Why ???

...Not because of Yash plus points but MAJOR PLUS POINT and that is his wife Arti. I believe that if your wife is there to support and guide you in the right direction...nothing can go wrong. So here SP has done a very intelligent decision by naming Yash because he knows for sure that Yash and Arti have family values...values relationship...keep the family flag high.

My take on this is --- ARYA believes in Multiplying joy and dividing sorrow.
