The more I watch IPK bits time to time, my regard for IPK CV team or rather Gul has gone down except for IPK casting (and standing up to SP on choosing Sanaya) for which I always respect and cant appreciate in words.
Characterization of ArShi is something again I can vouch for, but SaRun took it few levels up just with their performance and persona even with awful costumes, settings and did not really require special camera and lighting.
All other things on behalf of IPK PH are unpardonable. Sanaya apparently told Gul in June itself after her UK trip, about the show's popularity in overseas and that team should really work on and take it to new heights. But we can clearly see how show was taken forward (for me this is enough to understand real intentions and capability) except throwing fabulous ArShi moments, thanks to SaRun majorly again.
My first ever IPK scene/episode was around 10th July where Arnav tries to lighten up Khushi's mood by pool (in fact Barun was looking pathetic at that time), which is so in between the show for any newcomer but got captivated by both of them and started watching both previous and current episodes in a random fashion by trying to understand hindi/dialogues simulataneously. I tried to follow the same pattern on few other shows which are all addressed in IPK forum also many times but my interest simply could not sustain and either discontinued proceeding or just finishing 20min episode in 5 mins.
I started to notice all flaws and blunders when I watched again from episode-1 and it disappoints me with the way how the show was handled despite having the caliber with concept (mohabbat-nafrat) and terrific leads with supporting cast.
I cant forget SP too being the partner in crime.
