Overnights: 'SaraswatiChandra' leads on Monday


The Sanjay Leela Bhansali show 'SaraswatiChandra' continued to lead the ratings on Monday in the UK, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.
'SaraswatiChandra' attracted 244,400 at 19:30 yesterday – peaking at 281,700 viewers. The show has connected well with UK viewers after regularly attracting an audience over 200,000 since it launched two weeks ago.
In second place was 'Saathiya' with 213,800 and 'MasterChef India' with 199,100, followed by 'Diya Aur Baati Hum' with 197,100 viewers. In fifth place was 'Pyar Ka Dard Hai' with 193,100 viewers. 'Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai' attracted 186,600 viewers. 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' was next with 156,000 and 'Veera' was last with 148,000.
On Sony SAB TV, 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' was the channel's biggest show yesterday with 37,200 viewers and 'Baal Veer' at 20:00 being watched by 35,600 viewers. The repeat telecast of 'Goodness Gracious Me' at 19:00 got 17,300 viewers. The re-run entertainment series 'Snapshot' at 18:30 got 1,500 viewers.
On Zing, 'Cloud 9' at 18:30 got 4,900 viewers but zero at 22:30. The film 'Professor Ki Padosan' at 11:00 attracted 8,400 viewers.
On Star Life Ok, 'Devon Ka Dev Mahadev' pulled in 32,800 viewers. 'Junoon' at 21:30 was in second place with 26,300 viewers and 'Welcome' at 22:00 got 19,000 viewers.
