After Zahida Ji's rest period gets over & she feels absolutely fine , would you like to have her back in PV?

As Gayu 😳 or Aarti after leap 😆

I personally feel that they should not kill the character because we want Gayatri to see the true colors of Ishita and Akash and repent for her treatment towards Yash and Aarti. I hope she does come back. It would be nice if she is in a coma like someone else mentioned here. That way she can recover from her surgery and return to work part time.
