is saras being unfair to kumud?

We were having a debate between friends and thought i would ask you all for your opinion. I can understand that because of kumud, saras has had to relive the death of his mother but is he right to behave this way with kumud and not forgive her? Is it ok for him to be angry with her because she was horrible to him before? Does kumud deserve to be treated like this even though she didnt know that it was that pond where saras mum died?

I can understand both sides and i think saras has a lot of anger and upset bottled up inside that has built up over the years because of his mothers death. Because of kumud he has had to relive all the pain he went through and is taking it out on her. As they say, you take out your anger on those you love most and i think this is the case here. If saras is hurting, so is kumud. I think this will bring them closer and saras will share his pain and open up to kumud. I hope this post makes sense.

So, what do you guys think? Is saras right to treat kumud this way?

Yup post made sense . I think he's o'er doin' it a bit nw ! Cnt' blame him ! After all he came runnin' to India fr her & she decides nt to shw her face ...the guy gt frustrated beyond reason ! So he's takin' it out on her nw ! ...Jokes apart ...I feel the guy hs lot of pent up emotions within him & sumtimes he jst cnt' deal with them ...Kumud ws sayin' sumthin' like she wants to share his pain or like ..lessen his pain or sumthin' . I think she cud strt by advicing him to see a shrink ...the guy needs mental help to deal with his inner turmoils ...or else he's goin' to behave like this foreva ...

Good post! But i agree with what kumud said yesterday...that he should share the pain with her instead of supressing it in himself...

i think his pain is too deep rooted, he has learnt to cope with it in his own way, he does not want to involve anyone in it and wants to deal with it himself..he did put it in the back of his mind once he got attracted to kumud, her presence made him get away from the harsh realities and took him to a dream world which he started to enjoy..but unfortunately it didn't last too long, now the same kumud reminds him of the past that he wants to forget because she is the one that made him relive that horrible experience..that is why he is running away from her and wants to be left alone and wants to go back to his real harsh world of realities because kumud woke him up from a beautiful dream in which he cud see the face and hear the voice of beautiful kumud...

Yep agreed. Its time he shared his feelings, he will feel so much better after. As they say, a problem shared is a problem halved. Kumud needs to support him but by the sounds of it shes going to get fed up of apologising and ask him to leave.

well i feel he is being veru much like Kumud...

.i expected him more mature but he is not instead he is very much engrossed in his past and cant forgive people who bump with it even by mistake.

Well if he calls himself sanyasi or even plans to be then he should be free from all bonds past present future...but he is not ...his sanyas is a more kind of runnung away from his past and responsibilies that may brings those memory back...he wants to in delusion ...unknowing Kumud said right words for him ...

...Kumud has unknowingly always understood Saras well ,she knew there was a pain in those eyes and got attracted to it just to share that pain.When he said he cant love...she knew he was running away and was being selfish ...where she was right again(unknowingly !!)...A person uncapable of love is a selfish person coz he does not want to give !!!


Kumud too is being selfish (though she is capable of love !!) is like Saras very much engrossed with her love to her father and her own self esteem and cannot forgive anyone who tries to mess with it

It is now Saras Kumud need to understand that loved is beyond all this ...beyond selfishness ,pride and family bonds .It always guides to right and makes u take responsibilities

Sory if I summarize the situation like that, but SARAS hurt KUMUD and KUMUD hurt SARAS.
