1) I believe Razia as a super vamp, who wouldn't send her pawn as a maid. She always plans something big, her target is not only doll, it's something bigger(read Dilshad) than that!
2) For me the wandering and looking for something acts of billo seems like a normal chor maid who looks for some petty cash and juwellary.. The way she looked around the house when she entered first time gave me an impression of typical bollywood kaamwali bai, who is dreaming of getting away with some money without the knowledge of amir malak/malkin.

Yeah, right😆 and also the way she told Zoya that 'lagtha he saab tho biji he' when Asad-Tanu hand touch was going on 😆 was a typical kaamwali bai dailogue!
But I am not 100% sure about Tanu being billo raani, may be I need few more episodes to come to that conclusion!
