The official Harry Potter pronunciation guide on Scholastic.com has been updated with new characters, spells, and potions from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Among the new pronunciations listed are Aguamenti, Bezoar, Felix Felicis, Inferi, Merope Gaunt, Rufus Scrimgeour, and Sectumsempra

Thanks for this as some of the names I like to say out loud does not sound too good when I say it....probably cos I am not pronouncing it correctly.

Anyway, the pronounciation guide is really cool - I came upon it a while ago, but only yesterday or the day before I realised they updated it. Now I can finally pronounce Scrimgeour 😆 You have no idea how I was pronouncing it.

And another word which surprised me was Knut - it's like K'n-oot. I used to pronounce it as Nut (meaning the K was silent). lol.
