It's basically not from the website itself. But I read it in my college.
I have the picture and cutting of his quotes (Yes, call me mad, but I love collecting pics of those whom I love the most🤪)
Since I don't have the exact article, let me tell you the background
It's on- Is it apt for host/anchors to crack jokes which can be joke to someone but insult to another? TOI asks some of the top hosts/anchors and comedians.( I think it was after Oscars)
Exactly this pic was there ( excluding the "India forum" waterdraft)😆
TOI: What is your view, Gautam?
Gautam: For me, it's sort of insensetive to crack such jokes. Anchors and stand-up comedians cracking insensitive and rude jokes have a typical excuse, "Oh, I'm just being honest and blunt" or "I have the right to express myself". We are so used to taking liberties with people these days. But, jokes which are below the belt or hurt someone's sentiments are not okay. As a host, I avoid such incidents.
-Gautam Rode, anchor and famous TV personality(Saraswatichandra)
Many of you might have read it as well. But thought to share it as it was from TOI paper of some region. Don't ask me which region or location of the article in the website because I don't know this as I read in my college as Gautam, Jennifer, Samud and Saraswatichandra are the most viral things is our college, society and even around my home😆
PS: @ bold shows us how popular our dikra is...😆
@ MODs: Sorry if already posted as I haven't seen it yet😳
Disclaimer: If there's modification from what you read, don't throw tomatoes or chappals at me. I copied what I have! Articles differ from regions to regions, what I have is from Kolkata or somewhere around there...Kolkatians please confirm😆🤣
