SSLK: Storyline going awfully wrong :(

What the hell is going on in this show? The current track of SSLK exemplifies a classic case of storyline going awfully wrong.

I fail to understand why the CVs are so hell bent on destroying rachna's character and the camaraderie between the sisters. We know that the CVs will show rachna realizing her mistakes and all. But, whats the point of first showing the hatred and jealousy that Rachna is displaying? Is this a way for showing Rachna becoming stronger and independent? Does simply winning a competition make rachna or for that matter any other girl empowered overnight? Is it good for a teenage kid to be this blinded in hatred?

Is this the right way to show Rachna getting empowered? Hatred and jealousy have completely taken over and blinded rachna. I am so shocked seeing the recent episodes where all they show is rachna thinking about defeating Gunjan? And what's with the message that the CVs are conveying? What's with the whole idea of showing yourself "THE BEST"? Just because someone comes first in a class or scores the most points or wins the race doesn't certify that the person who was second was inferior or something.

I would really like to see Rachna winning the competition while not having all these negative thoughts and hatred.

And finally, how many times will the writers play the same game with the audiences? In today's episode they showed Sangeeta returning to her bitchy self and poisoning Seema's mind against Gunjan and Seema getting pensive and thoughful? I mean, give us a break.

Oh well, NO WONDER the TRPs are dropping. The TRPs aren't just dropping because there is a new show on star plus. One of the main reasons for the big drop in TRPs is also the current storyline.

rachna is insecure from gunjan...i think trp will increase in upcoming episodes cuz according to new article issues between gunjan n rachna will sort out...

I agree with u! Cvs r ruining the storyline! These r the unwanted twists which r unacceptable and the results r visible in the trp chart! Hope to see some improvement!

hope this is temporary phase of Rachna and passes soon. Want to see a good bond of sister again and this time from Rachna's side also.

to be honest.. what sslk are portraying right now does happen in the real life.. so it is somewhat just trying to say that how in one out of a million families there are times when siblings have rivarly among each other jst to gain attention of other people. there are jealousy between siblings most of the times..

I see what you are saying and agree about the sibling rivalry part in real life too. But, what I am trying to say is that the CVs could have chosen a better way of Rachna getting stronger.

As an example, one thing that is very conflicting is that Rachna vowed to show to the world and specifically, Vihaan, gunjan, and her family that she is no less and can be the best.
And now they are showing the same Rachna willing to get help from Vihaan. Did she so easily forget that what she suffered was because of this guy only? I won't even ask if Rachna forgot that Vihaan was the guy who caused this rift between the two sisters because Rachna simply doesn't realize it.

CVs really need to show Rachna getting stronger but not at the expense of Rachna who is nice and kind-hearted, and genuine by nature.

Rachna need not forget that Vihaan is the ONLY ONE who has called her BEHENJI time and again. So, even if she wants to prove something to someone, it should be to Vihaan. And the same can be shown without vihaan's help.

I dont thing rachna is wrong in taking Vihaan s help, she is being really practical. Vihaan was an arranged marriage proposal she started having feelings for him because she knew she would spend her entire life with him. Now she has to face him everyday , avoiding him not talking to him or running away is not happening. She is 'using' Vihaan to win this competition she would have picked Rajeev but Gunjan picked him. If we have to face our ex in college or office its always best to behave politely what ever the circumstances of your break up but these two just love humiliating each other.

Does rachna know that gunjan picked Rajeev as her mentor or is it yet to be shown. Is she accepting vihaan,s help coz she had no choice??? Have not been watching since a month so not sure.😳
