Help! Baby swap and Onir

I'm really confused :s mr mittal knows that Onir swapped the babies but why does he keep saying that Onir made a mistake so couldn't save Ovis baby? I thought Ovi actually gave birth to a still born so how could Onir have made a mistake?

I am thinking the same thing as I mentioned in another post.

How is purvi to be blamed for the mistake that Onir made that caused Ovi baby to die? This is the accusation that Mittal has Onir in court for. The baby swapping is minor matter.

Yes but what is his mistake anyway? I thought she gave birth to a still born because of the accident. I'm sure Onir didn't make a mistake - he's a world renowned gynaecologist and he seemed very shocked himself

I'm sure if he made a mistake he would have admitted it

Mittal does not know Ovi's baby was stillborn..He thinks due to Onir's mistake Ovi's baby had died..

Absolutely, besides accusing Onir of somekind of negligence only strengthens Mittal's case that Onir swapped the baby to save his back...

It also showed that Onir was shocked when he delivered Ovis baby and in sure when the swapping truth comes out, Ovi will be the first to accuse Onir or killing her baby

Anyway what mistake are they talking about?

mittal thinks onir make a mistake that cause ovi's child died and swap the baby in order to cover his mistake.
but he did not know it was actually purvi who tell onir to do the baby swap.

and mittal wants to take revenge on onir because onir know his activity (selling organs) by accusing onir.

Baby swapping is not a minor thing...

if my baby is swapped, I will sue that doctor...even doctor did for my good sake, then also i deserve knowing truth...
it is completely unethical not to disclose personal things to patient who deserves...a stillborn makes lot of difference in actual life, this is will be there in person's medical history and it also goes to next generation...this is the major question asked in your first pregnancy visit, how many preggos you had, how many successful...how many your mom had...stillborn is a very big thing, and no docotr is allowed not to tell a mom that she gave birth to stillborn...

coming to Mittal thinking Onir did a mistake...no character in the PR can imagine Purvi did baby swapping, it is really tough to swap a stillborn of someone with your live baby until and unless you did some mistake...that is what Mittal is thinking, and even everyone will thing...

No, no, my dear. Babies do die at times during delivery, and the gynaec cannot be dragged into court for that. If that was so, gynaecs would quit en masse! One has to prove medical negligence, which is very difficult, and then here, there was not even a nurse assisting Onir. So where would evidence of medical negligence come from?

What Mittal, or rather Kundan fronting for Mittal, are accusing Onir of doing is organ trafficking.
That is to say, for exactly what they themselves were doing. How he is going to prove it as Onir was till recently all the time in Kolkata is another matter.

The baby swap is a supplementary charge, but even if that is proved, the legal position is that no one except the affected parents, here Ovi and Arjun, have any locus standi in that. No that the CVs care for all this detail.

Dear Masti,

Do take a look at my reply to rayadallie above. It is one thing for the prosecutor to shoot off his mouth about Onir having made a 'bad mistake' leading to Ovi's baby dying, and quite another to prove such gross medical negligence when there was not even a nurse in attendance.

If push comes to shove, and they order a DNA test, Mittal will get egg all over his face and that will be the end of it, for the CVs, as we have discussed earlier, would want to keep this in reserve for the future.
