It has been well-discussed in the forum about how arrogant Kumud is but it cannot escape notice that Saras isn't any less. He is just as stubborn and just as egoistic as Kumud. LN is actually right about one thing: if anyone can deal with Saras' stubbornness, it's Kumud 'coz she'll cut his stubbornness with her own and vice-versa. It's this clash of their equally adamant egos. While Kumud is determined not to show her face to Saras even if hell breaks loose (or even banging into a wall would suffice), Saras is equally determined to see her face no matter what. It's not just about curiousity anymore. It's this urge to get what he wants. They're both caught in a myriad of rather complicated emotions which even they don't know what to make of. Even when they're indirectly conversing with each other, that tension and friction is visible. And all this when they've not even come face-to-face yet. Funny how we always labeled the push-and-pull love stories as aggressive. But here I see a tale unfolding before me which is be equally aggressive and passionate without any pinning of the heroine to the walls or the hero breaking his knuckles on punching bags.
