The VI season of Indian premiere league is going to kick start from April 2^nd and Shahrukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment will organize the opening ceremony at the Salt Lake stadium in Kolkata on April 2^nd. The attraction of the event will be the performance by Bollywood topnotch actresses like Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra. Both the actresses agreed to shake a leg for Shahrukh Khan.

Kolkata Knight Riders owner and superstar Shahrukh Khan is geared up for the opening ceremony, confirms sports Minister Madan Mitra today. KKR defeated Delhi Daredevils in the final last year. Minister Madan Mitra said that there is no problem organizing the event at Salt Lake stadium as were no matches scheduled before and after the programme.

Shahrukh Khan's production company Red Chillies Entertainment has been signed to organize the opening ceremony of the IPL 6.

"We are delighted to have tied up with Red Chillies Entertainments Pvt Ltd, which has a proven track record of organising and executing events on a grand scale," IPL Chairman Rajeev Shukla said.

"The Opening Ceremony of the Pepsi IPL 2013 will be one of the most spectacular events ever witnessed, in keeping with what will follow in the tournament itself, over the following seven weeks," he said

The Pepsi IPL 2013 will start on April 2 and end on May 26.

If they dance well,they would be made cheerleaders for ds entire IPL. BTW, i dislike watching dse IPl matches as they sound quite boring! Also, what drama is SRK going to create ds IPL,remember kya last year he had had ugly spat!

IPL 6: Shah Rukh, Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, JLo to sizzle opening ceremony

With the IPL6 round the corners, reports are on about the Bollywood stars performing in the opening ceremony which is to be organized at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata on 2nde April 2013.

The Telegraph quoted the co-owner of Kolkata Knight Riders Juhi Chawla as saying, "As of last night, its Jennifer Lopez…apart from her, we have our superstars…one to ghar ka jo hai, unko to dance karayenge hi (superstar in question: Shah Rukh Khan). Deepika (Padukone) and Katrina (Kaif) will also be there."

Kolkata Knight Riders will host the opening ceremony of IPL6 as they were the winners last year.

SRK is owner of last years team winners so its imperative of him to attend the function! But yes IPL has become sooo boring ^^^€

But did deepika get replaced with priyanka?

i hate cricket :P

anyways they must have a tight schedule right after this show they will go to vancouver for toifa rehearsals.
