WHY IS NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO SPEAK THERE MIND.

Each time someone states there opinion about a character of a show then the monitors close that topic.

There is something called Freedom of Speech!!!!. SO in this form you cannot say if you like a character, or rather you dislike them, of if what they are wearing is bad or there acting is bad or if you think they might look better with another actor then who they are currently with, or anything.

Then why have a form. Why have people be able to post comments and create topics.

Half of India has said that they are not in favor of Toral as the new Anandi and some have also written who they would like to have been the replacement. I am tired of seeing no comparison allowed. okay live is full of comparisons. Your boss compares your work with another co-works, or your food critics compare two or more chefs food with each other. When a family is out looking for a groom for there daughter or a bride for there son they do lots and lots of comparisons between te families and the girls to find the right fit for them. So in live its very natural to compare nothing wrong with that.

I never said anything about her looks like she is ugly or about her skin color or hight or anything like that. All i said is that i would have been really happy if they had picked another actress to play this part and gave my choice and also stated something that was the truth.. that she looks older then him then what Anandi should look like. It does not bean i hate her or i think is is unattractive person. i think she is pretty but not for this role.

So this to the Monitors before you close topics be reasonable and then take action. They are so many people who bash other members but yet they do not get there topic closed.

no one has stopped you to speak your mind but now the problem is that mods have already made an special thread for the replacement topic and yet people are opening new topics to discuss the same thing...in forum you are not allowed to talk about actor's personal life because no one knows the truth of their life and no point of discussion...if you see the posts regarding this replacement issue...in the start everyone is just viewing same points and then they start bashing each other and gets personal...BV forum is here to discuss on BV and their characters and not to promote the actors...hardly anyone is discussing about the serial and are stuck with one issue...prats and toral are a part of bv cast but why promote them like this...if you miss prats and u will like her back on-screen then please comment on her forum...people are bashing BV and cursing it...many viewers of daily soap do not like BV so they don't comment here...imagine if they would have started commenting here...they all would be bashing and even without watching the serial...its the same story here...view your points in replacement thread and don't start a new topic because it ends up with same conclusion like others...and if you want to express your views by starting a new topic then request them not to be rude and get personal

Everyone has right to speak,so called freedom of speech,if u ask 1.2 billion people in India .They have there own opininons,a mother as diff opinions abt her own kids.if she starts comparing then one will be hurt,instead she will encourage by their talents.Yes employers do compare their employees,they have same degree but every one has unique talent.that's why they keep it confidential when comes to pay.

When u compare only certain things can be compared,if u start comparing everything with someone then ur life will be miserable.

Here,they are comparing two actresses ,some say she is like aunty,some say she doesn't know how to act.They want her to go to acting school.Yes,the forum his to express views,we all are hurt by the replacement.At least give the gal a chance to prove herself,instead every one is bashing her.She is just an employee of PH.

We as human beings have right to pic and choose,some are fortunate and some are unfortunate.Some don't even get chance to choose.

When you stop comparing what is right here and now what you wish were,you

can begin to enjoy what is.

Women are so unforgiving of themselves ,we don't recognize our own beauty,we are too busy comparing ourselves to other people.

This BV forum one of the best forum,but now it is a battle field ,so sad

Frankly I never saw such active monitering ever in BV forum...there was upteem bashing of pratz and anandi...no one said a word.
Suddenly so much monitering...anyways stifling voice on forum cant do much...TRPs will tell
Btw forum already seems dead..no OS/FF ...hardly any VMs.. creativity died with AnSh.

With freedom of speech comes responsibility as well. While members liberally exercise the 'freedom' hardly anyone thinks of the 'responsibility'. We have very clearly said that all topic related to Pratyusha leaving & Toral joining have to be discussed in the sticky provided. Still we have 10 new topic every hour.

Here we have to abide by the IF CoC & BV forum rules which have clearly stated that comparisons of actors, personal remarks on their looks, bashing of others members etc is not allowed. Inspite of that we still have to sit & painstakingly go thru unpleasant topics to edit/warn/close. Believe it is not a easy job to do esp since our actions are perceived differently depending on which fan group i is. I am not complaining at all, coz i still love doing it. This is my bit I do for the IF I love so much.

But I hope members also realise that it is a tedious task to keep the forum clean. It is possible that some posts get missed by us, sometime we may appear over zealous, we may be harsh...we are human after all. but at the end of the day we have just one motive - that our beloved BV section is worth visiting

My sincere apologies if I have hurt anyone in the process. it was absolutely unintentional & I hope you will forgive me.

Thank you for your reply Manasi...I know how frustrated you all must be.

My issue: Why are ALL posts concerning Prats leaving\replacement confined to one thread but there are numerous threads welcoming T and praising her ? Shouldn't those be confined to one thread too?

Rules are rules and should be the same for all!

The depends on the dicussion, if its just one liners they are usually moved to the appreciation thread or if its a lot of pages then closed.

But if there is a discussion with say 2 paragraphs or so which also reflects some episode discussion then its left for further discussion

but with the case of Prats leaving, regardless of it being detailed or no there is a detailed discussion on this with various avenues in the Prats leaving thread as well as the Bring back prats thread, so there are actually 2 threads available to such such discussion.

Hope that makes sense

With due respect to the BV Dev team , but you guys are also closing the thread which is sharing the information about the media regarding BV though it included about Prats as well namely VerboseG's thread and Tistaa's thread... It doesn't make sense to me sorry.
