He went on an ego trip b/c of all the fame and success...look at Sanaya--she was loved too and I'm sure she was getting amazing offers too, but she was there b/c she knew what this role meant for her. She went from second fiddle on MJHT to one of the well-known faces around India. And it sucks that some of the fans turned on her when she stated how unfair it was to end the show b/c Barun was leaving. She criticized the fans for closing down the show and all those jobs--now that takes balls. I'm no fan, but I respect her honesty and that girl is a class act.

As for barun, karma is a massive bitch. If he's lucky, he'll get another chance and hopefully he won't be an idiot and ruin himself or his image. But honestly, if I was a producer or writer or director I would think 3-4 times before I hire such arrogant and thankless actor. Who knows?! He might leave half way and leave me hangin'.

The way people ripped on Sanaya for doing Barun's dirty work ( ie telling the truth) and defending her producer angers me so much. She was called so many names and labelled as selfish and mocked for not supporting her co-star's choices. And the producer was harassed and the conspiracy theories ( she is under black magic, she is pressurized by the channel to make barun look bad etc)- the whole situation spiraled out of control because of this prick.

Honestly, Barun is so lucky he had 4Lions as a producer and they always accommodated him- even at the cost of others. If it was Ekta Kapoor or someone half as powerful as her; forget movies, he wont be able to get another TV role for the rest of his life.
