- Indiras parents & kala are all around indiria, & her younger sis chandra tells indira that if only deepa did not save her finger then she would have lost her finger. deepa asks her not to talk tothe patient like that. Indira asks for forgiveness to her dad & says that she did not do this to stop her younger sis chandra's marriage. Chandra says i believe you akka, dont worry. But the dad does not forgive her. Kala is consoling indira. Deepa is watching.

Deepa leaves with kala, while they are waiting for the elevator, asks how come indira's dad does not like her daughter. AT that time badri(i think he is acting like a good person,but eventually might be evil) comes and shows the payment documents to kala to check, she says that if badri had checked it , it will be fine. Badri asks how come deepa knew to put the finger in the ice box. Deepa makes up a story about her friends finger got cut one time(obviously she is lying, looks liek she is either a doctor or was studying to be one)

Ranga is sitting on the outside of her house, driver comes & so does deepa. Ranga seems to be lost in thoughts. Driver asks her to go to the temple. she says i feel disturbed. Driver says you have a big house & money, but no pasam, but look at deepa, she is waiting for you so go get pasam there. so ranga calls for deepa and they all make plans to go out

In the street, some ladies are fighting, when ranga;s youngest son is having a bet with one of his friends to go and kiss a blue sari lady. Another friend warns him about that being a bad area, but he says im karthi, see what happens. HE goes and kisses the lady, the lady tries to hit him, when she says amma, you look like my amma, that is why i kissed you to get your blessings. The lady blesses her and his family & she kisses him in turn. Tehn the ladies resume their fighting. KArthik jumps up in air and shows a thumbs up(actually he perfectly was in sink with those street ladies, & looked more like one of htem than a flithy rich dude)

A college student parks his bike and inquires if they will get beer there in that restaraunt, when he gets no for an answer and asks if he can bring his own. Deepa & ranga arrive their to eat, & the driver stays outside, as he says he needs to drink first at this time. Ranga & deepa order, deepa says she knows what she needs to order & she orders 2 veg salad. Deepa goes to wash her hands & has a run in with that dude who asked for the beer, he looks at her and says Azhaga irruku rombha azhaga irruku. She gets very scared and goes crying to ranga and says let us go. Ranga says that how does this rose look, is nt it beautiful. deepa says yes it is beautiful, see u also look beautiful like this, so dont worry. then the boy passes by deepa gets scared again, ranga tells her that she will make her a strong penn, so she stops that boy and asks himto say what he said to deep before, he repeats it, then ranga makes deepa say thanks to that boy , & then slowly deepa feels normal, and she orders a kiss from ranga, tehy both smile

Update for Monday Mar 13-2006

Part-1

Money lender Soliappan's house. A client is waiting for him (aka
Usha's father in Kolangal). Soliappan's assistant is telling him to
wait but he is grumbling . Now S comes in and looks at his client and
without speaking a word goes to his room directly. S's assistant comes
in followed by the client. The client tries to tell him that he was
waiting etc. Now S starts to shout at his assistant in bad words. The
client looks at him in surprise. S explains that his words were
intended for his assistant only—but his assistant knows that it was
for the guest only.
Now the client says he wants some money—some goods have to be cleared
urgently from shipping and hence 3 lakhs money is required. He has
brought 3 crore worth property documents as guarantee. S looks at all
that and tells his assistant to bring the mobey. He also asks him abt
his personal details. The client tells him he has got 1 boy and 1
girl.—girl in UK and boy is helping in business, also he is settled in
salem . Now S asks him whether u have any relatives in police. On
getting negative reply, S looks more assured now. The money is given
to the client and now S tells him point blank that even if a death had
occurred in his house, he would have given the money that was
required. In the same way, his client also shd return the money at the
agreed date even if a death like tragedy happens in his house.The
client says he will return correctly leaves.
Now his assistant tells S that he knew the shouting was not meant for
him,rather it was for that businessman. S says he got angry with him
because the bsuinessman wanted the money and not S. How dare he to
sit crosslegged in his office when h is depending on him and also
grumbling about waiting for him? So he decided to teach a lesson for
him. He says he has got 3 crore documents for a small loan, he does
not have anyone in Police—so even if we do something,he cannot do
anything. Now he goes and kisses his "kuberan" statue and says my
kuberan will always be with me.

Part-2

Ranga/Deepa go with Kasi to Badri's house. Badri wearing chef''s
apron, is busy preparing his dinner. Ranga asks him why u are
preparing ur food by yourself—u could have come to my home,she says.
Kasi intervenes saying why u are beating round the bush, why don't u
ask him abt his marriage—it is high time he shd get married.
Badri says for him, he iw working in this company sincerely and other
things like 'sondham""uravugal" are all not that important. Now Ranga
tells deepa to tell Badri abt the same matter. deepa looks surprised
and badri ignores that.
Now Ranga tells him that she has come to get money for bharani—2 lakhs
reqd. Kasi intervenes and says money reqd for meeting expenses for a
vehicle damaged and with no insurance cover.
Badri says u know this is a partnership company and taking out money
is difficult. Ranga says put in my personal account. He replies that
even if u did not tell also, I would have debited to ur personal
account only. Badri further says how u can be burdened permanently
like this.
Now he takes Ranga and starts talking privately.This is bharani's 4th
business and this also is not doing well and u have to finance it. He
also says bharani shd have been coming to ur office instead of chitra.
Ranga says she know all that but what I can do now. He was crying to
get married to chitra and so I got him married and even Uma was
unhappy with me because of that. I am concerned abt everyone—see this
girl, pointing to deepa, and says she came from nowhere but I am
concerned abt her but everyone in the house is criticizing me for
that. If that is the case, how can I be different to my own son? I
have to support him, she says.So saying she leaves. Deepa comes near
Badri as if she wants to tell something but then she also leaves.

Part-3

Bharani comes to the chit fund office and asks the clerk when he will
get the money he has bid for. The clerk tells him the money has to be
collected from every one and it will take some more time for the money
to be given to him. Bharani starts shouting at him and goes to the
manager's office and finds him talking with mohini.
Now he also starts shouting to the manager and mohini tells him to
cool down and asks him what happened. He tells mohini abt the
requirement and mohini also tells the manager who tells them it is a
company rule and you will get the money next month only after they
collect from all their clients.
Mohini tells bharani that she will take him somewhere else where they
can get any amount of money at any time.
She now takes him to Soliappan's house. S greets mohini warmly and
mohini tells him about bharani. Hearing about the food processing
industry business of bharani's family, S is very interested and is
also told about exports to various countries. Now mohini says bharani
needs 50000Rs urgently for a short period of time. S looks at bharani
as if another "baliaadu" has been trapped.

March 14, 2006 - Tuesday updt.


Mohini brings Bharani to the Father of Garden (solaiappan) and believe me, F of G looks ridiculous with his vest that threatens to burst at the seams..Mohini tells him that Bharani needs Rs.50000 asap and F of G calls his assistant to bring that cash. The guy comes in with cash and some hundi papers for Bharani to sign and is being called 'naaye' by F of G. He then tells Bharani that hundi papers are only for certain parties but since Bharani is known to Mohini, he need not sign any papers. F of G then tells Bharani that my policy is that even if there is death in my family, I will give money as promised and likewise, even if there is death in your family, you have to return it in time and tells Bharani to come give the chit fund money in all as soon as he gets it. Bharani looks a bit worried at this death on death attitude but Mohini assures him that she would take care of it and F of G insists Mohini stays back but she leaves with Bharani. F of G smiles wickedly.

Ranga brings Deepa to Kala and asks Kala to give her a job. Kala asks what does she know but Deepa keeps mum. Ranga tells her to give her any job and Kala says if you come with such high recommendation, I have to give you one; Ranga asks about Chandra and Indra and Kala says she has spoken to Chandra this morning. Ranga summons Chandra and enquires about Indra's health and Chandra says Indra is upset with her and thinks that it was Chandra who wanted to be married first. Ranga tells her to ask Badri for any financial assitance but Chandra tells her that Kala has already taken care of that and Ranga leaves. Kala wants Ranga to take Deepa to work in the upstairs administrative office but Ranga says, you will be very good to her and she needs you now. That is why I want her to work under your guidance here.

Chitra comes in and asks Badri if her MIL had spoken to him abt giving her 2 lakhs and he says yes and brings out a check book and asks her in which service station's name should he make out the check? She panics and tells him not to write any name and also she wanted cash? but he says he is authorized to issue only a check but she wants to fill out the name herself. He calls Ranga, gets confirmation, then writes out the amount and gives her the check and she is peeved that he has ready-made-signed checks by Ranga with him to be dispersed whereas her own MIL doesn't trust her.

She comes inside her office, calls Bharani who is in a car and tells him about getting the check and he too is upset abt it not being cash. She however assures that she gets to write the name herself and that she would open a dummy account, deposit the check and changes her tone sugary sweet and tells him this. If we use part of this money to get the cab fixed, spend on surgery expenses for the driver who was in the accident and give compensation, we should have at least Rs.25000 left; can I take that? Bharani asks her why she needs so much money and she goes on a guilt mode; I was born in a rich family in Gujarat where I dealt with lakhs of rupees and this is a pittance and now I have to beg for such sums, all because I fell in love with you and married you and your own mother doesn't trust me but trusts her manager; and he shuts her up and tells her she can take the money. She asks about the other money and he says he arranged it from a friend as the chit money is going to be delayed by a month.

Kala brings deepa to the packing area and tells her to count and sort the bags by 50s and Deepa says, that is it? and Kala says for now do this. Deepa starts doing it when Chandra comes and says she doesn't have the order list ready due to a computer glitch. Kala wants this taken to Badri since fixing the computer is priority and Deepa listens with half an ear. It is lunch time and everyone goes out. Deepa looks surreptiously around, finds herself alone, goes and sits in front of the PC, fiddles with it and they show flashes of scenes where a much more savvy Deepa is shown yahooing in her PC at an office and thoroughly enjoying it; the scene alternates between now and then and Deepa heaves a sigh of relief and a smile after fixing the computer right. All this is being observed by Kala who happens to see Deepa have a go at it. But Kala observes this from the sides.

A weary Chandra sits in front of the PC after lunch and to her surprise finds it fine; Deepa is sorting bags and Kala sits near her and asks her if this is boring and if she wants to work somewhere else. Deepa tells her, first let me get the hang of this and then we can think about it. Kala further asks her if she would be interested in learning how to operate a computer but Deepa gives the same reply. Chandra comes running and informs Kala that the computer is now working and Kala wonders aloud how it got fixed; maybe by itself but Deepa averts her eyes.

Ranga and Kala talk and Kala tells her abt the computer incident and says this deepa has hidden depths. the other day, she cleverly saved Indra's finger by keeping it in ice but when the doctor wanted to see her, she hid from him. Ranga tells her that maybe she has been affected by some happening and Kala tells her that with this talent, maybe Deepa ought to work in the office upstairs. and then jokingly tells Ranga that she has become so affectionate towards Deepa that she shouldn't forget Kala and Ranga says, no chance of that; we go back years;

basically more on the bond that is being created between ranga & deepa, intersting part is that ranga sends deepa to badri's house with a client to get a check for clearance for the client. When deepa is in badri's house she finds a set of ironed clothes which has girl's clothing & a hair band inthe sofa and gets a little suspicious ofbadri,a s he is supposed to be a bramhachari. But silly deepa hesitates int eh end & badri, gets an idea of what would have happened, so badri isnot as good as he is projected

Also, mohini meets the sayetu guy(giri from malargal forgot his name) and ends up telling him , how she was very much in love with Ranga's son & wanted to marry him and get all his properties, screen ended on her twisted angry face

Update for Thur (16-mar) as far as I remember

-- Mohini tells Solai about her story. She loved bharani and wanted to marry him and kumar (her father ) is also intertested in the alliance because that will lead to control of Ranga's company.Uma was reluctant to tell Ranga about this but Kumar threatens her and makes go to Ranga.Before she could start speaking, Ranga tells her that Bharani is marrying a gujarati girl and she is shocked and can't do anything. Uma keeps quiet and from that time seeds of vengeance were planted in Mohini's mind to take control of Ranga's company as revenge. Solai thinks about how he can take advantage of the whole matter.

--Uma,ranga,kalai relaxing and Chitra comes and tells about the cheque to be given to Indira. why management shd pay everything,rather let the money be recovered from the salary. Ranga says it is not fair. Uma starts to talk roughly to Chitra and she replies that u are talking because u are keeping old things in mind. In the meanwhile, deepa comes in for something else and starts to give her bit of advice and chitra fires her telling you don't interfere in this.

--Kalai,Deepa in Ranga's office and a police officer comes in with Indira's father. father asks for Rs.50000 compensation for the accident. Ranga acts calmly and calls for Chandra who comes in and tells that the management paid Rs.100000 compensation and the money has been put in Indira's name. Now her father scolds her for not telling him bout this. The police officer apologises for what happened. He then happens to see Uma's husband's face from adjoining Uma's cabin. (He had been watching the whole scene) Police says 5 years back, I arrested this guy for a fraud offence and you all better be beware.
After he leaves, Ranga decides not to tell about this to Uma,lest she gets offended. Now deepa says some other things are also suspicious and tells about seeing women's apparel in badri's house. Everyone is a little surprised.

Ranga , uma & kala discussing the Insurance policy & deepa suggests that they should think about group insurance and that will be less expensive. Uma pounces on deepa and says look here are looking at reducing the cost & u r giving suggestions to increase it. Deepa says that it will be beneficial as they will get Tax exemptions too. Ranga & kala are happy, uma is not so sure but she realises this makes sense. Deepa leaves & ranga thinks this is something they ahve to think about as group insurance makes sense. Uma asks is deepa staying with you, ranga says yes, & uma leaves. Ranga asks kala if uma is not happy about deepa, kala says listen uma is always in her own world, no one knows what she is thinking.

Rangas house, a drunk karthik comes with his friends and knocks onthe door where deep is sleeping, she gets too scared & sceams at them not to bang the door, rnaga hears the commotion and comes and askkarthik tostop as she has givne that outhouse to deepa, karthik does not like it and starts tobang agin, to control him ranga slaps him he feels insulted and goes away, then ranga ends up sleeping with deepa that night

next morning at ranga's house there is family breakfast time, & the father notices ranga eating salad and he remarks, & then one leads to another karthik enters nd aks for the outhouse and says he needs deepa to leave, taht place as he needs it for some business. ranga agrees and says that ok deepa can vacate as long as karthinkvacates his room ad gives it for deepa . Finally ranga says that if anyone is there to take care of her like what deepa does she will happilylet deepa go as deepa takes good care of her at home and work. everyone is quiet

next day at kadhambam food products mohini comes and gives a list ot chandra and asks her to pack it. Chandra asks deepa to take care of it. mohini asks deepa to get some water from her car, deepa refuses and says she does not do personal work, & asks chandra to give mohini somewater. mohini is offended, at the same time chitra walks in and taunts at mohini. Deepa comes back with all the packed food stuff & asks for 3000 rupees, mohini says she is the md's daughte she does not ahve to pay, deepa says sorry it is company's rule and badri sir has said that without money product cannot change hands, the trio (ranga, uma & kala) come and mohini complains, at that time ranga explains to mohini, it is actually your mom who has made tht rule and it will not be nice if her own daughter breaks it, uma pays for mohini's purchases. Deepa then goes with mohini to keep the parcel in the car, mohini says how come now you ocme to the car , deepa says this is part of her job & that is all she will do. mohini threatens deepa saying that soon Kadama food stuffs will be in her hand and she willdeal with deepa then. Deepa just smiles and leaves

sudha looks i spoke too soon

last nites episode ended with manohar(the dr whom deepa avoids & gets scared of) moving in to his dad's house (which has been locked up for 6 yrs)having a house warming party . At the end of it the servant of the house says that there are ghosts. Everyone ridicules him. Then manohar sends him to buy some drinks at midnight the maid who is afraid comes out in fear & he sees a bright light in the far & when he sits for a second, they end the serial by focussing on a skull

Also yesterdays episode, ranga explains why deepa cannot have a group insurance policy, as they dont have her details & if anything happens ot deepa company will take care. kala is happy, but uma questions ranga as to why they make allowance for one person, this leaves ranga thinking

deepa takes ranga to the doctor for chekc up , who is surprised to see rangas health in ship shape. Ranga thanks deepa for her perfect health. Outside the doctors room, dr manohar is waiting to see the chief doctor. deepa goes to the lab to collect ranga's report,but misses seeing dr manohar, who also misses seeing her as someone ocmes to him and asks himtotake a look a the report. Once deepa leave manohar goes to the chief's room & invites him for his housewarming party. Chief dr intro's manohar to ranga as his prof's son, & in the meantime deepa comes back with the report & when she is bout to open the door spots manohar and hides. then goes inside when mano leaves and tells the doctor that the heamoglobin count is alright. Ranga & Dr are surprised, but deepa samalichufyies saying that it was writtne in the report

when they return ranga's last kid karthik is drinking with his frineds and playing cards in deepa shouse, deepa is afraid then gathers strength ad threatens everyuone saying that she Maharashtra chief police i she uncle, etc & she speaks a lot in hindi and sends those boys away. She tells karthk like she islike his older sis, so to behave that way and she can get dirty if he will get dirty. Karthk warns her in a crude way and leaes. Deepa feels happy

Update for Mon Mar 27-2006

Scene 1

Continuation of the earlier scene where Manohar's servant,Shivadanu goes to buy cigarettes and finds skull under the ncar. His screams bring out Manohar who nonchalantly takes the skull and keeps it like a display piece near the entrance on a table. The servant protests but Manohar does not pay heed.

Scene 2

Thatha on the lawn and 2 guys come in and are looking for Bharani. Thattha asks whether u are all from Ration office or census office. They reply that they are from the finance company that gave loan for bharani's cars but he has not paid up some instalments. Thatha asks whether u are referring to one of the cars which was involved in an accident recently. They look surprised at this volunteered information. Chitra is seen coming out and looking at the people hurries inside and sends Bharani out. Bharani asks them why they have come her and they say u have missed 3 instalments and u have to pay soon. Bharani says he will pay within a month. The talk getting like this, Bharani gets jittery and sends thatha inside. Now the finance co people say they say want by Friday. Bharani protests and they say if u don't pay, return 2 cars –as it is u are getting money with these cars and why don'y u pay up then, they ask? In the meanwhile Swati comes in a scooter with bharani's kid and asks bharni whether these people are threatening u? He says nothing and then she says it looks like they are threatening abd whether u want any help? He sends her inside. Now the visitors say u have to pay up the instalments by Wednesday . Bharani says why u are reducing the days for me? They say it is a punishment for delaying us here. Now they also say your sister is very nice and ur child is also cute. Bharani looks worried.

Scene 3

Kasi's son Kailash teaching some children in the road when a person comes and tells him that he bought some pickles from a shop and it is bad quality and the shopkeeper is not returning the money. Kailash promises to help him and goes to the shop and finds Kasi coming out of the shop. He tells him that the pickle made in Kadambam products is of poor quality and they want to return to the shopkeeper. Kasi gets very angry and says it is no possible for our products to go and and he rather takes the complainant to task for daring to complain. Now he looks at the bottle and says it looks like a duplicate and says he will go Ranga and tell her about this matter.
Now Kailash goes to shopkeeper and asks for the refund. Shopkeeper says he is just selling what the dealer gives and he can't pay up. Kailash threatens him in a friendly way by saying if u don't pay, we may go to police or else where and why u want to face such a problem. Now the shopkeeper comes round and pays up the money saying I don't want to have a problem with you.

Scene 4

Bharani with his wife and says you are the person to be blamed for all this. My mother told me to run the business using rented cars but u only told me to borrow money and use own cars for the business and see where it has landed us. He further says listening to wife creates all these problems. Chitra just says u always want to blame me only for everything.Now he comes near her and says perhaps some one is behind this because earlier when we had 5 instalments due, theydid not create problem but now with 3 instalments they are asking these sort of things. He further says they even were calling Swati beautiful and our child cute. Chitra says satirically that they must be blind to call Swati beautiful.

Scene 5

Kasi with Ranga and shows her the pickle bottle. She sees the bottle and says it looks a duplicate one and she looks worried now. Kasi suggests we can tell our lawyer and go to police but Ranga says we will not go to police and we should do something else.

Scene 6

Manohar's servant with the skull in front of him and tries to recite some prayers. Manohar walks in and finds the skull missing and asks the servant where is it. Shivadanu denies knowing where it is. Manohar asks sarcastically whether it has taken wings and gone elsewhere.Now Manohar says I need my sports shoes and so go and get it from upstairs. The servant reluctantly goes upstairs. Manohar now starts searching everywhere for the skull.
The servant goes up and gets the sports shoes and now sees the skull has shifted in position from where he had kept before. He screams in terror.

Very brief update

Manohar locks the skull in his bedroom closet & keeps the key.
They show deepa, she is thinking and then she looks like she is going to do something.
Next morning manohar is at the breakfast table and wants coffee, the servant opens the kitchen closet & find sthe skull there.
Manohar takes the skull out and goes to his bedroom closet, to make sure that this is a diff skull. but the skull in his closet has disappered.
The servant wants to pack his bags and leave. Manohar says that he will get rid of the skull, saying this he puts it in his car, & goes inside. They show the camera, like some one is going close to the car.

Ranga has setup a meeting with her lawyer to discuss the duplicate oorgai that is being sold in the market in their comapny's name, which was found out by delhi ganesh's son & delhi ganesh takes it to ranga. Uma's son ends up as the lawyer is busy. He is being distrcted by rangas daughter every 2 min,s ranga gets very angry and aks him to leave, he finallysays he will get things done in 1 week and goes.

Deepa says she is surprised that rnaga can also talk like this. Ranga says she can tolerate anything , but she cannot tolerate anything happenign to her company as, it feeds thousands of hardworking people.
