How can she be with a person who puts a gun on her waist and threatens to kill her and the person she loves?Sultan is using her only for his son.i know RK was wrong, but he loves her dearly and Madhu knows about his problems and his hurts.

Agreed that RK has hurt & humiliated her, but its RishBala for me. RK is in denial mode at the moment. He will first realize that he loves her and then his redemption will start.

Just out ofcuriosity, I dont understand that how come there is option of sultan - madhubala. Sultan is not in the show as aparallelmale lead. From day one, all articles/interviews have always emphasized that Sultan is the antagonist. Even AR in his interview said that he is a negative character. Agreed, that RK is not positive at the moment. But I feel that CVs have introduced sultan to slowly start the process of turning RK into positive.

P.S. I loved AR in Chhal and I m really looking forward to see him in MB. Double treat for me. Vivi & Avi

I too am surprised why people are rooting for mb and sultan... so curiosity compelled me to make this post.

My personal wish I want to see! Neither of them. Neither Sultan or RK. I want Madhu to be single. She can love whatsoever, but no marriage or consummation etc. I want tragic ending for Madhu.


And now coming to Sultan. I don't find him murderer at all or a criminal. If he is criminal, then Bittu, RK, Paddy, Shamu all are & need to be punished as well. But it didn't happen after all Paddy killed Ballu for self-defense, Shamu tried to kill RK for running his daughter's life ( RK was murdered, but became alive because of Bagwan listening to Madhu's prayers:O) , RK going over Mukund in the car ( Didn't have any reason. He could've been killed as well, but Madhu takes him to hospital, RK ordering to beat Shamu ( He was beaten to death & could've been died if he wasn't taken to hospital. RK did for self-defense) , Bittu beats Shamu ( EGO). If All these crimes are forgiven * still they are not called criminals because of their situations & all, then Why Sultan?


Sultan too did it for self-defense. Else Madhu, child. & him would've been murdered even though he wanted you catch the enemies.

Both RK & Sultan are grey. Except that RK harms innocent people because of his past while Sultan harms goons because of his past, but then again we don't know Sultan's story completely yet except that he has a dark past.

Sultan's character is multi-shaded & has a positive side as well like RK's character, as per by AR's interview . No character in this show will be full negative /positive. All will have flaws/grey - RS interview.

We don't know Sultan's story yet. Then how can we judge him. He has a sad dark past from his interviews about his character. When RK was introduced, he walked over Mukund, did many things, people thought he is the villain in the show, but Poco would say we can't judge him before knowing his story /background. Then I can't judge Sultan as well. And so far Sultan has come across better than RK for me.

If he was pure negative & murderer, he wouldn't have even waited a second to kill Madhu as well, but he didn't. He uses his son as a bait, buy can't hear a single word against his son. 😕 Again we don't know why?? The only difference I find in future RK & Sultan's characters are that RK will be redeemed by CVS & will be shown as positive since CVS have to make him look a hero of the show while Sultan is the same grey character, but CVS most probably won't redeem his character since they can't make him look like hero of the g
show. CVS will just make him look a negative character by not redeeming him.
From AR interviews, his character is inspired by HR's character from Agnipath where HR's character was forced to become a gangster to become strong enough to kill his parent's enemies, who murdered his whole family during his childhood, from underworld & reach them. He was a grey character.

As for Sultan-Madhu vs RK/Madhu - I want tragic ending for RishBala because what RK did is unforgivable, but then I don't know I might feel bad for RK in future & will want RishBala together. Who knows.


As for SulBala - First of all I need to know Sultan's background. His past everything to judge him completely because so far he hasn't come across bad for me. I don't know if I want SulBala because for that I will need to know Sultan's background if he really is so innocent as he seems to be, but for now I won't mind SulBala scenes. Not romantic scenes, but just them as together. They look good together & I want to see how they interact.

@Carisma i am not that active in the main forum these days... i just roam around with occasional comments.
From what i cud assume, many members say SuBala in the same sense as RKali... liking RKali did not mean that (i hope my assumption is right here) those who like them wanted them to be partners... even i have felt that RKali's screen presence was different from that of RishBAla ..sensual Vs serene/sweet.
Similarly SuBAla equation is different from RIshBAla... Liking them in the same frame does not really constitute that they are liked as partners...
Yet i cud be wrong, just stating how it stands with me...
As of now i like SuBAla too, but not as partners.

In my opinion, it is the present of a person that matters most.
As of now both RK and Sultan are flawed.
Who is more flawed I can't tell.
If one man takes life instantly without much care, the other one is killing minute by minute.
In that sense both are torturers.
But for both men this much I am sure, their past cannot justify their present wrong actions.
Having a tortured past is no license for hurting others.
RK we know had a difficult past, which leads to his current muddled state of mind. Soon we may (read mostly will) forgive him.
What if Cv's give us Sultan's past? Doesn't he deserve to be forgiven?
And if he redeems himself, he can be worthy of Madhu right?
Both men need to clean themselves up, if they are to get Madhu's affection.
Sultan probably has a longer way to go ( he won't in this show coz 1- he is the villain -2- this is an Indian show so no middle path)
Now from Madhu's side, this girl as far as we have seen is not one to switch affections easily.
She still loves RK deeply ( which is why she is so badly hurt)
When Sultan dropped her back home and she was walking towards RK she was smiling.
Some part of her still registers RK as husband coz when Sultan said 'Tumhara pati' and previously in Sultan's house when servant said 'RK's biwi she didn't deny. If she was well past RK she would've denied.
So Madhu is most likely to go with RK.
Then again there is the matter of RK's dream from which it is evident that he is not letting Madhu go easily.
So yes the end game is Madhu- RK. Sultan is most likely to always remain a villain ( cupid in disguise for RishBala).
Honestly I wouldn't mind a different pairing.
Currently both men are no way near to getting into Madhu's heart.
Let's see what the cv's have in store.
