Lady Macbeth's first name was Gruoch.
So my suggestion for Ishita would be
Gruoch!!
Though I heard Ishita prefers to be called either Arpita or Yashita because she loves Yash so much😉.
I believe Ishita has also asked G3 to call Aarti by the name Alvida. 😕
And G3 I believe refers to Radha as SPeetha
