Here you go Zorica..

Naina lagiyan baarishan
Te sukke sukke sapne vi pijj gaye
Naina lagiyan baarishan
Rove palkan de kone vich neend meri
Naina lagiyan baarishan
Hanju digde ne chot lage dil te
Naina lagiyan baarishan
Rut birha de badlan di chhaa gayi

My eyes got raining,
and even the dry dreams got wet (in tears),
My eyes got raining,
my sleep cries in the corners of eyelids,
My eyes got raining,
Tears fall and heart gets hurt
My eyes got raining,
(and) It's weather of separation's clouds,

Kaali kaali khaali raaton se Hone lagi, hai dosti
Khoya khoya inn raahon mein Ab mera, kuch bhi nahi
Har pal har lamha, Main kaise sehta toon
Har pal har lamha, Main khud se, yeh kehta rehta hoon
Tujhe bhula diya oh
Tujhe bhula diya oh
Tujhe bhula diya oh
Phir kyun teri yaadon ne
Mujhe rula diya oh
Mujhe rula diya

With black, black, blank nights, I'm getting friends,
Lost in these ways, I have nothing my own,
Every moment, how I bear,
Every moment, to myself, I keep saying,
I have forgotten you,
I've forgotten you,
I've forgotten u,
Then why did your memories
make me cry,
make me cry..

Teri yaadon mein likhe jo lafz dete hain sunayi
Beete lamhe poochte hai kyun hue aise judaa Khuda,
khuda mila jo yeh faasla hai
Khuda tera hi yeh faisla hai
Khuda hona tha woh ho gaya
Jo tune tha likha

The words written in your memories do I hear,
Passed moments ask why (we) got separated like that, God,
God, this distance (I've) got
God, it's your decision only,
God, it has happened,
that you had written..

Kaali kaali khaali raaton se
Hone lagi, hai dosti
Khoya khoya inn raahon mein
Ab meraa, kuch bhi nahi
Har pal har lamha
Main kaise sehta toon
Har pal har lamha
Main khud se yeh kehta rehta hoon
Tujhe bhula diya oh
Tujhe bhula diya oh
Tujhe bhula diya oh
Phir kyun teri yaadon ne
Mujhe rula diya oh
Mujhe rula diya

Naina lagiyan baarishan
Te sukke sukke sapne vi pijj gaye
Naina lagiyan baarishan
Rut birha de badlan di chha gayi

Do pal tujhse juda tha
Aise phir rasta muda tha
Tujhse main khone laga
Juda jaise hone laga
Mujhse kuch mera

For two moments I was attached to you,
Then the path was turned such
(that) I started getting lost from you
Like getting away
was something mine from me..

Tu hi mere liye ab kar dua
Tu hi iss dard se kar de juda
Tera hoke tera jo main na raha
Main yeh khud se kehta hoon
Tujhe bhula diya oh
Tujhe bhula diya oh
Tujhe bhula diya oh
Phir kyun teri yaadon ne
Mujhe rula diya oh
Mujhe rula diya

You only pray for me now,
You only part me from this pain now,
Being yours, when I did not remain yours,
I say this to myself,
I have forgotten you,
I've forgotten you,
I've forgotten u,
Then why did your memories
make me cry,
make me cry..

I have been debating if I should post this in the thread from the time I read SD's post the other day. To say I was disappointed would not be untrue, but I was more hurt and sad. Anyway, I wont talk about that. I would just talk about the question of the neutrality of the thread issue. If I can be honest with you all, I would say this thread is more biased towards RK than Madhu. Maybe thats bcos the writers of this thread are all girls and are more attracted towards the male lead or because the writers can identify more with RK than with Madhu. Especially I would say the last couple of days the writers of this thread were very harsh (more harsh than was necessary over an issue that I myself felt it was an OTT reaction). But overall, I would say this thread is a much better place to be in than the main forum which is a landmine waiting to explode.

When this thread was first started there were few writers in the thread with SD being the anchor. As the thread started growing in its readership and in the number of writers, the tone of the thread also changed. It was a good change and a fun place to be in where you could find intelligent discussions and humour and wher we could all bond with each other. Above all it was a place where one could post their honest opinion of the show irrespective of the state of the forum. When pro-RK slant started creeping up in the thread we started the SBC to keep a check on them. At that time no outside reader even dared to question the neutrality of this thread. We used to mock each other speaking for/against our favourites/non-favourites. With SBC gone, this thread hardly has any voices to speak for Madhu (or against RK) except AA and Sona whose lone voices are often unheard in the roar. Frankly speaking, after reading last couple of days thread I am not surprised at what has happened. SD was hurt bcos she was upset that the comments were made by old writers of the thread. Perhaps that itself would help you understand how much change time has brought in this thread and in the perception of the thread. I am not saying the writers are defending RK or bashing Madhu, but perhaps if the writers tone down the harshness of their tone, it would be better. I thought if I start SBC again in the thread, maybe it would help to keep rein. But, now I dont know if I even want to start it again in the thread. I hope I havent offended any writers in the thread and hope they take this as a positive feedback from an old writer.

SD, most of the success of this thread goes to you. So you should be proud of creating this space in the forum.

Peach,

Honestly as the moderator, I know how much stress I take it on myself to keep a tab on phangurl behaviour plus the other actual stress to keep it qualitative.

To begin with I never liked SBC propaganda. But I was open-minded about it trusting it was you and will control when it would blow out of proportion. So you started and surprisingly for inspite of the fact of so many RK likes present in the thread, none came forward to form a club. Do you remember that ? I consider that as wisdom from the same RK likers. They may like him and that's about it, will keep it personal and not form a fan club. To keep the fun going, I asked the girls to form RK club and thankfully no one joined with vehemence. I was inwardly happy that the club idea will not work.

Very clearly, I don't want any clubs at this moment. Because reason being ...I will be honest to say, the IQ level of this thread is now low as compared to when we started it. There was FQ, Bhoomi, Preet, Zoya, Doves, Syl and random entries, we could get into each other's skin...be it analysis or most of the the ability to hold onto a conversation. A discussion is not just about posting...its also about entertaining and fulfilling conversations. We never needed to verbose to express ourselves, we could indulge in double talk, puns intended, laugh, mock and what not, it was mentally stimulating ...

Now that is not the case now. Things have changed. All the oldies have left...for few weeks, I had to almost cajole Preet and Zoya to be there with me to present me with that balance I needed. So yes, I was hurt at the comments on ED thread in your post. But we both have always agreed to disagree. I watch the show only because of RK...Madhu does not interest me even a bit. I was nostalgic yesterday as some of the people reminded me how the thread might have started. I was checking Sep 25th and sep 26th...You can see, How happy I was ridiculing the drama I was watching. The review and the comments that followed were superb. Ultimately even if I like RK's drama and you like Madhu's drama, we both were discussing the common ground of Rishbala drama. How is that even remotely phangurl type that people can get insecure.

Anyways... I personally felt bad after I reacted that way...yes, I was hurt because I know, no one in the thread justified RK's revenge drama and perceiving that comes to me as being obtuse to writers of this forum. In this case, I will not say I will be okay if you agree to disagree...because like open and shut case, we all have been hurt by the revenge drama, we felt cheated like Madhu. If we were ourselves trying to grapple with our emotional hurt at the cheating, and if in shock we could not come out as RK bashers, then sorry to remind the people who perceived it wrongly that you can go to those Feb threads, Media thread and see what we wrote there. We can show you our tweets to the Producer of the show.

The only feedback I considered against all the ruckus I raised in order to correct the perceived skewness in the thread was heeding to Cutieee1992 and Soundarya's mom. For me, the effort to speak up was laudable so I understood it. And accordingly this has been my answer. I did not see your likes here. And so I have to paste it again.

And note to Idealists and romantics.

The thread is a mix of realists, cynics, romantics and humorists.
  • It is given that idealism when worshipped becomes romantic and when criticized becomes satire.
  • It is given that Cynicism when worshipped becomes bitter and when criticized becomes humour and laughter.
  • Realism is mix of everything and more balanced approach.

The drama presents us with an Idealist Heroine and there is a Cynical Hero.
  • And accordingly the responses come as appropriate by the poster's sense of approach towards his/her review.
  • No one is out here to bash anyone and we see things as they are.
  • On days when realists and humorists dominate the thead in context of the episode material, it cannot be construed as skewed or erratic judgmental posting against the romantic-ideal approach of viewing things.
  • Also there is a great tendency to like realistic characters as against purely idealist and cynical characters. So in the end traits are the underlying factors that draw attention of the reviewer.
Explanation behind the note:

And I shall make peace with Madhu lovers if they agree with us that we do criticize our cynical hero as much as we criticize our ideal heroine. Sorry, we can only use humour to express the criticism and not rant. WIth RK I rarely rant, because I came to watch the show to be entertained for the drama he creates with his traits, never took him as a perfect man, so expect all bad things from him. And Madhu, she had to stay away from this guy, but she did not. Its not my fault. Anyways good for all Madhu lovers, RK's character is not being entertaining anymore. We RK fans might soon stop watching the show due to lack of drama...so good for all Madhu lovers. In our defence of Madhu bashing on wednesday and thursday this week, no one can convince me...not even the writers of the show that she did not act stupid post jungle drama. I tweeted this to Sourabh Tewari and sent my entire review to him. Posted it to Colors as well.
