For those critics who say Gautam has no expression...Well, It goes with the character!!
The slow expressions...the slow show of emotions on the face, is what SARAS is all about!!
Didnt you hear Vidyachatur saying it??? That his Damad is PATIENT (Not the doctor patient wala patient...although there was a doctor in the picture at that time🤔🤣)
Otherwise how long can a man work against all the negative emotions and the anger that half the women are throwing at him...Starting from Kumud, her mother...Dukhba etc etc...
He gulps down every insult, he blushes when the girls praise him...and he is head down when he is devoured...he waited the whole night for Kumud at the temple and still he doesnot raise his voice when she turns and marches right back...he doesnot point out that he has been standing there all night and what the hell did she think she was doing by playing hide and seek in the morning!!! (Waise by the time her chuunni got stuck in the thorns, the sun was literally up on the head!! Did she actually spend the whole of the morning ogling at him from different angles😕🤣)

But Saras...What to say!! 😳While the whole world is setting their highs and lows on the 'Saras's heroines', here is one hero who takes away the cake and the whole bakery!👏
Had someone noticed the slight sheen of tears yesterday, when the family was denying him the right to treat Vidyachatur...he was not angry, he was not irritated..nor did he leave...nor did he say ...'It is for your own good'...he just stubbornly persuaded till they gave him way!!
Vidyachatur has their scores na...both of them...that Kumud is stubborn and is out spoken...Saras does it in a more quiet way!!
Gosh!! What to say about Saras...his consistent hurt at Kumud's refusal to look at him...that small childlike urge that actually brought him from Dubai to Ratnanagri instead of Las Vegas..
That hurt in his eyes,..when Kumud rebuffs him...yesterday when she said 'Trust?? him??' and today when she accused him of bereft of feelings ...you could see the disbelief😭
...and then slowly the anger that is reflected on this face...
And then he says 'Meri Taraf Dekho, Kumud!'
He is so so so frustrated!!
But he being Saraswatichandra..doesnot resort to the manhandling tactics (The other possibility is that he is mightily afraid that Kumud would give him 'De ghumake'!)😆
But just before that the way he says ...'Do you want me to stay!'
Once...just once he wants to know that she cares a little bit for him...
Like the small hints that he is getting...the way he came to know that Kumud said yes to him after seeing his eyes..and just the eyes!
Like the way he kept looking for emotions when he saw the pain with which Kumud was writhing from, when she was applying haldi on him!!
And he knows...he just knows that he can read that in her eyes! if for ONCE she would look at him...if he can see what she saw in his eyes!! If for once and all he can finish this business!! And then he would be at peace...the absolute rage..that has been going on within him..since the day she came to his computer screen and just turned his life upside down!!!
But she doesnot...
did anyone feel that Saras, when was trying to untangle the chunni, he was trying to untangle himself from her silken web...that he was saying it to himself that if he doesnt go today, he may not ever be able to make it...he will never be able to go!!
Because knows...the more he stays..the more chances are that he will discover the feelings of Kumud for him in his eyes! The ones she doesnot use to look at him..
And therefore may be his last resort! "How can I stay when you won't even look at me!" When all he wanted to say was "how will I go, when you will look at me..and I will see the face that loves me with so much of passion, and hates with such commitment!"
Oh Lord! I am a goner...aren't I?
