With fluttering dreams in her eyes, she pushed herself beyond waves. And there he was, far above in the sky, shining with an enchanting glare. She looked affectionately into his eyes. They were as bright as her dreams were. Her eyes spoke her heart. But he discarded her and disappeared beyond dark, fleecy clouds. A silent darkness has fallen everywhere. No one could see her teardrops in the dark. She cried and her leaves passed them down to the water. They were not drops, they were her dreams, dreams of her undying, selfless love. And she disappeared behind her leaves. She was hopeless. She was unknown to why she had dreams when they were meant to be broken. She searched for answers, but found nothing than her heart broken like a mirror. She saw a thousand lilies in them. But with every piece of it, she loved him endlessly, for he was a dream that she never understood, still enchanted her with its vehement love.
Nature always has its own ways for love. Her disappearing sob was heard by the breeze and it flew up to the farthest ends of the sky. It pushed away the clouds and shown her to him. He saw her hidden under the leaves. Though she managed to look happy, deep sorrow was veiled under her eyes. His heart has been throbbing at that moment. He wished to run down and console her in his cuddles. He didn't know he had been falling into an eternal feeling. Though he was afraid, it gave him strength to rush to her. He ran down to kiss away her tears.
But she refused, hurting him. With every hurt she made, she hurt herself more and him being hurt twisted and twirled her. Her love seared herself and she punished herself with more pain for hurting him. But she was yet unable to bear the pain of his refusal more.
Slowly, he started feeling being in her love. He searched the depth of himself. He found himself in her love. He became one of those droplets rolled down her cheeks. He saw his painful happiness being painted with seven colours of love. He enjoyed being lost in them and waited for the moment she ran to his arms. He belonged to her and she to him, craving to live to love the one loved by their soul.
That was one of the fantasy stories I heard long ago, during my childhood days. It was based on the belief that Water Lily (Kumud) was born to love Moon (Chandra). In cool, breezy nights, moon would come earth stretching his arms to cuddle his beloved. They loved each other in spite of their all differences. Every day Lily bloomed for Moon and many times Moon disappeared refusing her. But finally he accepts her. Recently when I started watching SC, I cherished this fantasy again. In those days, we kids used to wait on terrace to see Moon coming earth to meet his love. But we never saw anything than each other's disappointed faces. But here I see so many happy faces lost in love, lost between the Moon and Lily. And so I'm here with you all to share what I think about the show. What else I could say than this. I'm clear with my words. Saras and Kumud are the second couple who made me to write, though after long days. Hope you enjoyed my beginning words here. Sorry for any typing mistakes. Feel free to express any of your views...
love,
JAMy.đ
