Whatever happened to THE Asad Ahmed Khan, who never apologizes for his behavior and least of all never gives any explanation to anyone!
This is such a poignant and tender development of his character. Asad actually came to Zoya and explained that he didn't know that she was in that bus, and that he was really worried. Mr. Akdu thinks he owes our Zoya an explanation, and gives a most heartfelt one! Asad can't hide his emotions to Zoya any longer, at least not through his eyes. The concern, care and love for her was brimming in his eyes-- naked for any human with a heart to notice. His mind may completely refuse the idea, his heart may try to deny it, but his eyes betrays them all and all of those hidden emotions just becomes transparent for the world to see!
The obviously hurt Zoya was was also this close to bursting with emotions! There was so much tension and intensity in that moment! Can't wait to see the actual scene.
Wow, that felt good, had to let that off my chest!
