It's amita's personal diary and she wrote all her feelings about amit like she rejected him n didn't like his personality plus all about their meetings.

Well kaki got hold of the dairy ,Y?_?¯°?_??a??????????? kaki bahot moder samaj ti hai apne apko lekin itni samaj nahi hai ke kisi ki dairy padna buri bat hai modern fool😡

- amita had a crush on suraj part

- amit and amita's first meeting and her disapproving amit but liking rohit

- all the negative points on amit such as not good looking, not her perfect man

so thats all we heard so far on the contents of the diary in the last few episodes
