Bhansali's heroine's have always been the main attraction of his movies... extremely beautiful and immaculately dressed with grand jewellery and costumes... But Kumud doesnt seem to have that charm... with unkept hair.. bad makeup and simple clothes... I agree that they may be trying to show reality.. but when they are depicting such a grand set etc which normally is not close to reality they can make the character of Kumud also like a Bhansali heorine :D ... But i think Jennifer also doesnt have that charm or extreme beauty... It will be unfair to compare with Aishwarya etc... but we have so many beautiful faces on TV... The character of Monica Bedi as step mother is well defined and well presented and she is doing justice to it... They need to prep the heroine a bit more... in some side angles she doesnt look good... Purely my opinion...

Guys stop fighting!@TM criticism of characters is tolerable bt pls donot compare jenny wid any actress n no criticism of actors will b tolerable..

to tell you the truth , jenny looks kinda more suited to the role as she is portrayed as quite taller and mature and sophisticated and aishwarya was quite skinny and small plus she was extremely innocent as she thought that kissing could lead to a baby. Im not saying that aishwarya was not pretty- to right she was but jenny is better displayed as she is a girl who knows how to dress for occasions in comparison to being at home. As this is a daily soap, making jenny look more beautiful than she already is will make viewers used to seeing her like that and when there is an occasion then the character will look no different. SLB is a very clever man and we should not question the way he characterizes his actors. i hope i made sense to you x

I literally died seeing how beautiful she looked in the first episode and kept staring at for a good 15 minutes😳

in some side angles she doesnt look good... -Then the topic should have been cameraman below par😆

And monica bedi's character is that of a rich snobbish woman living in high society while Kumud is a simple village girl.I don't know why people have been comparing them!Someone even said that Monica should've played the role of Kumud🤣
