I think Pankhuri will play along, they will use this to their advantage, Adi will compare his "relationship" with Latika to Harish's and the doctor's, and he'll clarify things for Pankhuri at home, and because anyone is beyond the point of trust for Latika, Adi and Pankhuri will go on protective mode and be aware of what Latika is doing,

I think PaYa need 2 knw their contract marriage matter soon...else Pankhu will accept her as a member of family🤢

Latika is a money hungry and cheap women! She deserves a good hard slap!

i dont think adi will trust her ever again with what she put him thru
earlier. and now there is love between adi & pankhuri so i am sure this will
not happen but since mami doesnt know that the ongoing fight between adi pankhu
is fake, she might try to use latika to create rift between them but definitely now they
trust each other

On the other hand Adi and Pankhu could use her as a pawn in their plan and try to show Adi's being too close to Latika (and this will make Pankhu a little jealous too 😉 even if it is pretend )
