So, we all know that Kumud's actions and even attire is similar to that of Nandini (Ash) from HDDCS. Even now having Saras living in Kumud's room, because its the "largest" room in the house?

Is this just a twist from the movie 15 years ago? This whole show seems stale.

This show seems to be lifting off HDDCS in abundance and it does irk me quite a bit at times. Same Gujju set up, Kumud and Nandini are literally like twins (same costumes, same hairstyle, same attitude), same kabootars in the haveli set up, and yes, now putting up Saras in Kumud's room. I am certain that this will be followed by numerous 'tu tu main main' sessions between the two ala Nandani and Sameer.

I don't know if the copy pasting is intentional but it really does give the stale feeling of 'been there, seen that already'. Show is moving at a pretty good pace but they really need to work on being creative and not making it look like a televised version of HDDCS ...😳

The show is meant to be a tribute to Sanjay's movies. Why is that coming as a shock to people?

This is new for TV. Boy meets girl is a pretty old and never stale concept. Kumud has elements of all Bansali heroines.
