It was when Aarti tried to give Yash hint about her pregnancy. Puja was held for the welfare of the children where Aarti put four gold coins instead of three.

This is the scene where ( after some pooja) Aarti ties four gold coins on her saree pallu ( when no one knew that Aarti is pregnant) before Yashu's birthday bash. And Yash sees that pallu corner and takes Aarti inside to confront her. 😉
