Nine months after giving birth to a baby boy Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty is an epitome of fitness.

Did she put on weight post-pregnancy? Yes, she did.

Did she sit on it giving excuse of taking care of her son as a priority? No, she did not.

Did she neglect her son in any way while losing weight periodically? No, she did not.

Shilpa rather left everything behind to be by her son's side when needed. A very recent example when she took a break from judging the TV reality show 'Nach Baliye 5' due to her son's ailment. She did not hesitate to put her work on hold to take care of her son.

So, all those actresses or working mothers sighting child care as priority while piling on post-pregnancy weight - Shilpa is your living example.

Recently, Shilpa got an award for Wellness Icon and the actress was elated to receive that.

She tweeted, "In Delhi received the NDTV WELLNESS ICON award 2day. Happy I continue 2 inspire people in the field of welness & fitness (9months aftr a baby)," the actress twitted.

Shilpa Shetty is, undoubtedly, one of the fittest actresses in Bollywood.

Even at 37, she can give competition to any 20-year old actress. She is also an idol for all the mothers who struggle with their post-pregnancy weight. The
actor got back into the shape within a few months of giving birth to a baby.

The fact is shilpa ki filmography is pathetic to say the least...also she had no qualms abt snatching another womans husband!

Keeping all this in mind..i would VERY MUCH PREFER to have Aish as my role model...rather than this gold-digger, husband-snatching female!🤢

Its a joke to even compare shilpa with Aish!! 😆😆

Aish is wayyy waayyy waayyy ahead of her ⭐️

Ps1: i was in UK, when shilpa won Big Brother n al that...n had loads of respect for her even though i used to find her a pretty face b4 that! but after all the ugly kundra episode in UK (which interestingly was never reported in indian media😲)..i dont give a damn abt her!🤢

Ps2: Dont knw if ur a guy or a girl..but common knowledge is every1 has different bodies n metabolisms n every girls body responds differently to pregnancy. Its the craziest thing ur body goes thru! So have this in mind, before judging any1 for post-pregnancy weight. n this shetty might b in a hurry to loose it n Aishwarya may not be..so every1 responds differentlymentally n emotionallyu as well. Aish is not obligated to loose all wt immdtly..n as a fan..that too as ardent one..i m not really complaining abt her weight. If she wants to enjoy this phase😊 , so be it..the girl has been working her ass off for so many yrs!! its ok if she wants to lay back for a whole n enjoy this time with her kid! Hell..even i wud do that even if i m working since i was 18 and have a baby at 37! if shetty doesnt want to do that n wants to live on a treadmill..not my problem 😎

This is actually bad news for Shilpa not good. Because today even an overweight Aishwarya has more of a career potential than a slim n trim Shilpa.

This is a stupid article. Kudos to Shilpa for being able to work off all the baby fat but whats the need of the author of this article to take digs at Aishwarya for? Ever thought that she just doesn't WANT to lose the weight? And honestly who cares if she does or doesn't she seems happy just as she is.

So what? Well done Shilpa Shetty but what if Aishwarya and other new mothers don't want to lose that weight immediately? They want to take their time, let them. Not wanting to lose post pregnancy weight immediately is not wrong and stop making it look like it is. Does media have nothing better left to discuss?

aish's career also stopped after marrige as well as shilpa so its better to nt compare abt their careers its our fittness n thts fact tht shilpa beat aish as fitness mother

Aish made hits like Guru, Jodha akbar, Sarkar, Robot, Ravanan after marriage what did Shilpa do?

Shilpa is a nobody. If not for her Big brother stunt people had already forgotten her. And of course later she turned a homewrecker and married a millionaire/billionaire/whateveraire.
