My choice

Abhishek- Ali(cause ali is tall and has a good face and physique)

Hrithik- Huda, cause he can be a glamarous villian and can ride bikes very well

Uday- Alekh..(cause he is a fultoosh tapoori..shows that he is least bothered but very caring and helpful)

Bipasha- Dr.ritu(cause she is sultry and hot like bips)

Aishwarya-Naina( though i hate ash..naina wud fit in to that role of a dumbo...always muh fula hua..lol)

If it was dhoom part 1 then pooja could carry the role of esha deol...
