when madhu woke up in the morning with a headache and recall how rk was telling her to come with him, then giving her coin and then her saying you, me and phone booth, then bedroom wala scene etc...and she started to get panic and tears started to come and when she left the room she seemed in shock and in panic mood as if rk has done something to her and ran away does this mean madhu will misunderstand rk and think he has spiked her drinks? he wanted to do something bad with her? what will she think or what will be her thoughts?

to me it seems she might think it was rk's plan

I hope she won't misunderstand him 😔
She is already angry on him..
But if she misunderstands him than she has to think once cause RK didn't give her a drink..
that girl brought madhu the coke..she should ask her from where did she get that and the girl would say that dips shit gave the coke to her

i dont think she think RK has spiked her drink as this girl gave her the bottle but i think she will think RK took advantage from her being drunk and Bittuji called her mum that she will be late, i think she will misunderstand Bittuji.

After Madhu woke up the next day, she remembers few scenes, which show RK in the -ve way like he is telling her he has lots of money, RK forcibly taking her out of the dressing room, etc. So she will definitely think RK spiked her drink and will argue also with him, I think. But the misunderstanding might clear soon when her friend will tell her Dips gave her the drink.

RK has accepted he did for revenge. So now it is very hard for Madhu to believe RK, even if he speaks the truth. It's going to very tough for RK to win back Madhu. She has lost trust in RK and confidence in herself. But from now on she will only be misunderstanding him. And RK has to keep proving himself. It willbe a tough task for RK...

well you never now. i hope madhu thinks before reacting and sees that girl and ask her why did she spike her drink. let's see what happens.
