Yeah, I think her older pics had too much makeup around eyes specially, but now her makeup is more subtle and obviously hairs makes her look amazing..

I believe she is beautiful girl in reality though, even Karan said in their very early interviews she is a very beautiful girl, he didnt use word "pretty" which one would if just being polite..

Surbhi has a very stunning face and such faces need minimal make-up and just one feature highlighted to enhance the beauty. So, now, we have only Surbhi's eyes and lips highlighted. Hence, the perfect look.

P.S- Surbhi seems very unaware of how beautiful she is. And that is a good thing.:-)
