both are drunk. by whom and when will be disclosed in the episode but it is sure that both are badly drunk.

it is true that RK cannot become so tally by sharaab, it might be some other thing which was mischievously poured in the wine bottles or was done by the one who wanted RK and madhu to come close

it must be bittuji. when radhaji said that both have to be brought at the talking terms, bittuji's mind must have worked. may be RK spiked madhu's drink but RK's drink must have been spiked by bittuji.
