I was upset about replacement but I know that when big anandis audition was going on parts and toral were selected for finals. Due to audience poll parts been selected and toral got another show. I have watched totals choti si zindagi whr I found her really good with her acting as we'll as looks. Plzzz don't misunderstand me.

between all this mess i called the office asked to keep prats and also asked about anjum farooki ,i asked wether gauri wont be replaced no he said anjum will come when gauri s character will come into picture.

I feel so we all should not bash Prats decision come we all work in corporate world and whenever we work in a company & as we get got job offer with good hike we also leave our old comapny join new one and its same for Actors in televison as telyworld is also a corporate world and actors are employees.

For PH I just feel it was hard for them also because they have to work very much hard to maintain their charm with new actress.

I am also missing Prats as Anandi it will take huge time for all of us to accept new face for Anandi beacuse we have 3 years memory of Prats as Anandi and its really difficult to view someoneelse.

I will watch BV for Sid only.

I just spoke to one of the production head and request them to keep Prat otherwise they will loose viewership. They are still working on her. Lets pray prat she agree to work.

Woah...now this is news! I thought all was settled and there was no hope for Prats to return 😕 As much as it is hard for me to imagine someone else playing Anandi, I'm more fond of Shiv and hence Siddharth..so I'm slowly but surely getting over my disappointment. Also, I kinda don't want them to convince Prats to return..because if she does, then the same problem about her coming late for shoots and constantly using her body double will reoccur and that's not fair to the rest of the team. It gets really frustrating for an actor to emote and react in a scene in front of a body double, so to avoid further drama and stress on the sets of BV, I hope that Prats is given a warm farewell especially because she wants it herself.

that would have been wonderful... but I think its really prats who did not want to continue.

The guy whom I talked to ( I think is someone who just works there, no real authority and sometimes those people see things too u know) was like ... who will want to drown their name on purpose. He said he had gotten 50 calls since morning about this (thats not a lot lol but could be figurative) he said the PH did not have a choice. He did repeat again and again that they did try and talk to her and convince her but she just wouldn't ...

So they were not left with any choice.

I think there is some truth to it. They have 3 years worth of flashbacks they can never use now...
A writer always likes to bring back comparisons. Now the new Anandi can never compare herself to the old one..cause she is another face u know.

What I had heard was that Prats used to throw a lot of tantrums on the sets and on many occasions did not turn up and they had to use BDs. The channel had been exchanging words with her, but Prats was adamant and she had the feeling that the PH could not do without her, in this person's words "she had become just too big for her boots" and this had to happen. I was told this about a month ago.

The risk that PH has taken is enormous and as Suchi rightly pointed out 3 years of FB footage is gone to waste. No channel will do this voluntarily. That said, the risk that Prats has taken is also high, she is seen as Balika Vadhu, for her to get acceptance in Bollywood will be difficult, another serial. . . well may be, but the new PH will be careful.

All in all no one has gained, only ego, tantrum and ahankar has won the day.

All i can say is that this is Pratyusha's loss. I doubt that she'll ever get a meaty role like this. BV is surely going to lose many viewers. BV's current storyline was already crap and now that Pratyusha's being replaced...i don't see any good reason to watch it. Will catch it occasionally i guess.

Actors are humans too. If Creatives had planned it well, Prat could have been given a break with an AnSh honeymoon. Now with Saturdays also, they have no time. I am sure there is more to story than meets the eye.

I have chosen to stop watching BV. I love Sid Shukla but cannot see him with Toral (i have never liked her) and there are better actors than her.
