First episodes are always the best and foundation stone for future episodes.

The little Anandi was innocent, impulsive, vulnerable and lovable. She won everybody's heart except dadisa's. She was the reason for many being hooked to the show.

The little Jagya was impulsaive, innocent, vulnerable, lovable, mischievous, had a dark side and who won everybody's heart except Bhairon's.

Then Anandi became an young woman with all the qualities and also with a strong willpower and determination.

Jagya became Jagat and turned out to be a confused man who wanted to study medicine, get a modern girl and settle in mumbai. He lost everything in the bargain.

Anandi moved on with the help of dadisa and others. Married second time, bonded with her new husband.

Jagya came back and after committing more mistakes became enlightened and is starting his new innings.

Logically the story has ended. Stretching it endlessly will make it loose its essence.

A journey which refuses to end becomes wandering or running in circles.

We can have Season 2 with Shiv as the main lead and with new Anandi.

And Jagya as the parallel lead with Ganga.
