Indian TV serials have always been replete with dupatta romance .And precisely for that reason I was always proud about the MB team for not subjecting the audience to typical dupatta romance between the leads during
the 4 months romantic saga in MB.But I never realised I was in for a rude shock ,I tell you why 😊
MB CV's have always been fond of twisting words/meanings to amuse themselves at the audience's expense ,remember the TRP taunts?? Now it looks like they are on a mission to redefine Dupatta Romance in Indian TV.The CV's seem to be besotted with dupattas in the ongoing revenge track that they are dishing out every other emotions albeit the main one Dupatta Romance is about - "Love"..
Deception,Heartbreak,Agressiveness,Anger,Outrage,Embarassment,Sadness all dished out in various colors of Dupatta Platter by MB CV's in the ongoing revenge track
Chronology of Dupatta saga in MB
1) Madhu's dupatta falls on RK when he is about to step out for lunch at Madhu's home. Dips instigates RK to put Madhu through Love test
2)Revenge track itself kick-started with the pull Madhu felt on the Gatbandhan when RK refused to move...
culminated with RK pulling down the dupatta from Madhu's head and throwing it away.
3)Madhu on the sets on first day- V Day scene- tries to scurry away from RK, he teasingly stops her by pulling the Dupatta.
4)when the green dupatta fell on RK's head in his room he started thinking of Madhu then got mad that he couldnt stop thinking of Madhu and ordered his servants to remove all her things.(as pointed out by Gurtiluv)
5)Champi scene in the vanity- slight brush of Madhu's Dupatta on RK's shoulders resulting in brief eyelock paving way to some painful memories for Madhu.
6)Infamous Stole scene ,where RK stops at the very last second owing to Madhu's silent tears.
7) Madhu instigating RK to misbehave with her after throwing away the dupatta.RK roughly drapes it over her and leads her out of the studio
8)Now from the spoilers,the dupatta is yet again going to play an important part -when RK wakes up to find Madhu missing and her Dupatta left behind. Worried about its outcome for Madhu
**Neglecting the tiny winy Dupatta tugging scene by Madhu the first morning after she shared the room as it was only meant for Dips eyes than for RK/ Madhu
Contrived plot(s) much CV's??? The only prop they could use to move forward with the story!!!Madhu, I beg you ..please go for a makeover and stay 10 feet away from using a dupatta next time ,enough heartbreaks for us already!
Now coming back to my reservations against Dupatta Romance,I stand corrected, its more palatable than the Dupatta Revenge the CV's are dishing out now
